一直也渴望嘗試Amber師傅的廚藝,最近Amber與慈善團體Make A Wish合作,於一月中旬至二月十四日在Landmark擺放甜品櫃,收入全部作慈善用途。(Make A Wish好像經常跟高檔公司合作,記得中學時代,我也曾到半島酒店義賣曲奇為Make A Wish籌款。)每一次經過這甜品櫃時,我也按不住要停下來看看蛋糕。結果,我由以前小學的每日一篇演變為現在的每日一Cake,正所謂「食色性也」,這能滿足人類基本需求,又能普施濟弱,何樂而不為?當然,誠實一點,其實我在幫自己Make A Wish - Cake Every Day,哈哈。除了甜品,在場也售賣其他精品,如賀年和情人卡,不過是二十元一張。無論再多過多少載,少女心依然風雨不改,那紅色玫瑰卡實在很吸引,我又把它買下作收藏品了。在場除了售賣八款一律四十元的蛋糕,也在不同時分推出新鮮出爐的甜品,一律二十元。我試過在下午一時推出的蘋果派,不怕很甜,但蘋果偏酸,份量也相對少,三兩口已把它完成了。以吸引力來說,一定是以在場的八款蛋糕為首。坐鎮蛋糕在甜品櫃內自然氣場十足,即使在Amber外賣盒上在神采非凡。以這三款紅莓朱古力蛋糕、士多啤

明天便是慈善售賣最後一天了,很爭扎要不要多買首五款甜品作最後回味。畢竟,可以一嘗二星米芝蓮主廚功夫的機會實在難得,可遇不可求呢。
