I never write any restaurant reviews... until I came to LE MOMENT... as I really appreciate the owner's heart and passion towards food and wine...I had a 3-course set dinner. I never write any restaurant reviews... until I came to LE MOMENT... as I really appreciate the owner's heart and passion towards food and wine...

I had a 3-course set dinner. The owner was very considerate and he took care all of my needs. He came to explain every dishes in details and you definitely would feel his passion and profession towards food and wine if you were there.

First, I was served with a Smoke Salmon Caesar Salad. The ingredients are fresh and I enjoyed it so much.

Second, it was the Tomato Soup with a Garlic Toast. The tomato flavor was fantastic. It was very nice.

Third, it's the highlight of the entire meal - The STEAK!! It's medium rare, juicy and tender. The mashed potato and veggies served with it are also very nice. (To be honest, The STEAK is better than many of the famous western restaurants!!)

During the whole meal, the owner came introducing different wine to me. The whole dining experience was upgraded when delicious food was paired with good wine. 

I was really impressed by this restaurant and I surely will come again!!

One of the best moment we had with great wines and 'oversize' food!To farewell and celebrate my collegaue's career move, we came here for its well acclaimed wines!We arrived at 7pm. Can't believe, order wine before 7:30pm (happy hours), only $340per bottle!!!!There were 4 bottles to choose from, don't know what are they but the owner talk about each bottle character...obviously I can never remember. Since we have prepared to drink, 6 of us we got all!!!The owner let us kept the wines and served

 The owner let us kept the wines and served us one by one and pair each courses with these wines, I just remember the first one is pinot noir, all taste great great!!!!

The starter was Smoked Salmon Cesar Salad and Tomato Soup, the soup was cremy, smooth & thick and taste amazing!

 I got duck breast from France, others got ribeye steak, salmon, spanish pork, all very juicy, we only wish the duck breast and steak can be smaller... they were 'oversize'!!!

Sorry no food pic, I only took the last drop of my nearly licked bowel! I guess not only because the food taste soooo great that I forgot to take pic, also we were too excited to talk someone's gossips, please forgive me!


Too full...eventually we just got a "melted heart"
chocolate cake with Expresso, the owner said beer to match would be the best & also claimed he will drink & pay for it if we don't like it…. Well, why not then? So we tried, it was not cheap, about $150 per beer!!!!!! Actually I was thinking wtf.......it was.....Amazing!!!! That beer was s...u...p...e....r....rich!!!!! Taste like Tons of chocolate & some whisky type of feeling, works with the espresso chocolate cake vvvvv well!

 The service here is good, despite the fact that the owner is talkative, he is meticulous, honest and passionate! Will definitely come back, hopefully next time will be for my own 'celebration'!!
