行開灣仔利東街，見到呢間餅店有賣唔少麵包曲奇，望落好吸引又買兩款試吓先：🍫Triple Valrhona Chocolate Cookie $50/pc🧅Caramelized onion thyme tart $45/pc-試一次// 絕對肥肥，重量級朱古力曲奇🍪呢塊曲奇用咗Valrhona 法芙娜朱古力，搣開食每一忽都分到朱古力。買嗰陣會用紙袋裝住，拎到返去都吸咗唔少油。拎一隻20cm嘅碟裝住，一拍埋去就知真 • 大塊。朱古力味濃，曲奇整體偏甜，餅乾比美式軟曲奇薄身。多人一齊食，每人分擔吓，減輕罪惡感🫢除咗呢塊曲奇多人講之外，睇櫥窗都有唔少甜品、批、撻望落吸引。唔抗拒食洋蔥🧅跟手又帶埋呢個洋蔥批返去，面頭有百里香做裝飾。切開有絲絲洋蔥，翻熱一吓比較好味。

I arrived quite early while waiting for my friends for lunch. Since I skipped breakfast, I decided to try their treats here one more time and went for their signature, Triple Valrhona Chocolate Cookie.The cookie itself was to my liking, being crunchy rather that soft. The chocolate was also rich but the cookie had too much chocolate inside, make it too sweet, especially at the latter half.I think it would be better if they can reduce the chocolate proportion or the sweetness of the chocolate and

朝早一開門就去左，呢度係先落單後付款，要買四款或以上先會有個牛皮紙袋🤨全部食物都比較油身，本身塊牛油紙都索到透光，無紙袋既話應該成手油😅▪️ Caramelised Onion Tart （7.5/10）💲45始終唔係即食，撻皮並非最新鮮既狀況，感覺比較薄軟🤥不過個人幾鍾意個餡同調味，入口好Creamy，食到有好多軟甜身既焦糖化洋蔥絲🧅加上少辣既黑椒，連同百里香既芳香😛▪️ Triple Valrhona Chocolate Cookie（8/10）💲50超級巨型大過塊面既曲奇，可以夠我分開幾次食🍪🤪邊位保持到非常脆身，內裏又帶煙韌，口感的確唔錯😍用上三重朱古力，叮完會有半溶效果，甜度又出奇地適中🤭▪️ Bacon and Cheese Scone（7/10）💲30有個烤芝士面，不過內餡質感偏濕潤，會糊粉狀一點，口感一般😅但當中有流心芝士同埋肥瘦各半既煙肉粒，感覺香口味道取勝🧀️▪️ Brownie （7/10）💲20未帶到返屋企影就已經比我食左🤣質感又唔太係Brownie，有啲似係心太軟咁，呈半流心既狀態，整體都較濕，而且略甜少膩🍫🔎 整體評分（7.5/10）

It really balanced out the sweetness of the cookie so you can finish the whole cookie by yourself without being sugar overload!!🍫🍪Also tried their blueberry swirl - love the flaky and light layers from their laminated croissant dough🥐 However, I think the
