時間過得真快,還記得上年把明信片寄往挪威,讓聖誕老人蓋章後寄回,真是充滿了童真。而店方今年更把十二首聖誕歌曲,融入食物的主題,令整道菜更加有聖誕氣氛。先說說在12月24日及25日提供的主菜,每位正價顧客都有「We Three Kings」併盤一份,當中包括了法式焗龍蝦米多、黑松露大蝦慕絲釀皇后蟹鉗及威靈頓牛柳。法式焗龍蝦米多把半開龍蝦起肉,然後用芝士及蘑菇去焗,蝦肉仍爽口彈牙,芝士味並未有把蝦味蓋過,反而令口感更佳。黑松露大蝦慕絲釀皇后蟹鉗吃起來有點像飲宴中常見的蟹鉗,但賣相更可愛,加添了黑松露的手法,又的確少見。威靈頓牛柳以酥皮包裹,最中間肉質色澤胭紅,十分嫩滑,只嫌酥皮未夠鬆化。其他菜式亦會融入buffet之中,且看大家能找到多少款?「O Christmas Tree」是壽司塔及香檳水晶煙三文魚鴨肝卷。還有「Oh Holy Night」是星星形的鴨肝和牛漢堡酥皮盒,餡料是澳洲M4和牛及鴨肝,很豐富的口感。「Deck the Halls」要加點想像,其實是炸沙蔘牛肉丸子。「I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus」以slow cook玫瑰三文魚配西洋菜芝士汁,帶
