Enjoy aged steak by the seaside! Experience the original flavor of century-old tomatoes!
In the summer, if you want to enjoy the sky and the sea without sweating it out in the countryside, why not choose a seaside restaurant to cool off in the air conditioning while taking in the beautiful view? "The Hunter," located by the sea in Tseung Kwan O, offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and its ocean-themed decor makes you feel like you've traveled abroad.

This restaurant specializes in aged steaks. When you sit indoors, you can see the aging cabinet filled with beef behind the glass in the kitchen, and you'll notice that most of the chefs are foreigners. They use the renowned Spanish barbecue grill, Josper Grill, to charcoal grill the steaks, which gives them an especially delightful aroma!!
If you want to enjoy steaks, the "Limited Summer Set Menu" launching in August 2024 allows you to upgrade to a dry-aged M2+ ribeye with fries for just an additional $100, making it a great value. The set also includes refreshing ingredients like cherry tomatoes, watermelon, and yuzu fish roe, which pair perfectly with the outdoor sea view.

Andalusian Gazpacho
The tomato gazpacho, which originates from southern Spain, is a common summer appetizer in the region, offering a sweet and tangy refreshing taste. It is typically served with bread or vegetables; however, this time the chef has added crab meat salad directly into the soup, creating a delicious combination of plenty of crab meat with the chilled soup.

Tomato Carpaccio
It is quite rare to see dishes where tomatoes take the spotlight, as heirloom tomatoes that can stand up as the main ingredient are truly hard to come by. This traditional variety of tomato has a history of over a hundred years and has never been modernly modified, so it embodies the original flavor of tomatoes!! The tomatoes are topped with sourdough breadcrumbs, adding a unique light and chewy texture.

Another cold dish features yellowfin tuna wrapped in Spanish mini Romaine lettuce, making it incredibly refreshing when served chilled at the table.

Uni Angel Hair
In the summer, if you want to avoid heavy meals, this Uni angel hair pasta will lightly satisfy your cravings. As the thinnest type of pasta, angel hair has a soft and smooth texture, making it easy to pair with the sea urchin, and the addition of yuzu fish roe truly elevates the dish to perfection.

Pistachio Tiramisu
As a Tiramisu fan, absolutely thrilled to see such a large cup of Tiramisu!! The texture is wonderfully creamy and not overly sweet, topped with a generous layer of coffee powder and crushed pistachios, adding delightful depth to the dish.
