吃四川菜就會想起半山的三希樓。但太耐沒吃了。Missya! 前菜點了蒜泥白肉,蒜泥好好食,薄透的五花肉夾一片青瓜,配上醬油、辣椒油,吃水煮魚時太刺激,又會吃一口蒜泥白肉,簡直唔想食完,正!!不二之選水煮桂花魚,餐廳很細心,上桌時先將辣椒撈起,方便進食,桂花魚新鮮嫩滑之外,薯粉、荀、芽菜等等都好惹味。辣野刺激,真係會上癮干扁四季豆很乾身,炒得很香。最最最驚喜的是白菜豬肺湯!!! 估唔到吧! 簡直想encore再encore~ 今次晚餐值得推介,回味中! continue reading

有一段時間冇嚟,今晚再食,四川麻辣火鍋超級失望!首先湯底完全同以前唔同,一啲都唔麻,得個辣字!又冇薯粉,芽菜,乜實都冇!食物質量差過之前好多!牛丸、墨魚丸、魚蛋一啲都唔彈牙,肉質差!得個牛肉還可以。最重要係服務超差!同以前好唔同!以後唔會再嚟! continue reading

突然很想吃四川菜, 就選了在半山 的三希樓。 在這裏因疫情關係。會員有八折所以相當抵食。菜式方面我們點了 出名的水煮桂花魚, 再加一隻口水雞, 以及一個 瓦罉胡椒海蝦。口水鷄 非常 惹味! 雞亦很滑! 這個很得分!至於水煮魚我也覺得非常之好。 兩個都 差不多滿分! 相比之下 口水雞更出色!至於胡椒蝦 吃起來一粒粒胡椒在面,吃起來 有少少麻煩。但味道很好!之後再加了一個咕嚕肉, 及一客紅油抄手。咕嚕肉 炸得很脆, 肉質也很好, 至於紅油抄手就稍為遜色 味道 一般。整體而言, 今次晚餐是非常之好吃 ,值得推介! continue reading
