諗唔到有咩好食下,男朋友話提議食上海野,係後巷位,平時無咩為意。大排檔風格但好乾淨企理原本諗住散叫小菜,點知發覺有客飯,咁就叫左兩個客飯加小食好耐無食過咁足料既酸辣湯,豬紅,豬皮,木耳,豬肚...真係咩都齊,好味。唯獨是多左我唔中意食既綠色豆豆飲酸辣湯就梗係配銀絲卷啦,入面都好鬆軟,卷卷分明。小籠包就正正常常。客飯到,有得揀菜飯或者白飯。菜飯剛好,有菜又唔似出面果d 撈到好油,配鱔餬一流。鱔餬都好足料,醬油味夠,又唔會太油。仲有呢個,唔好睇輕佢既咸肉湯。d 咸肉真係好好食,好香,咸肉煮完湯之後味道剛好。要黎送飯都好好味。人少少想食中式野絕對可以再試。

上星期日一早同幾個朋友去了南丫島行山,之後乘街渡回到香港仔海傍,望望手錶,都只是4點左右,但肚皮卻響起訊號,Tea癮發作,可能行山活動多咗的緣故吧…遂和朋友一起在香港仔逛一下看看有甚麽好嘢食。在印象中,香港仔比較出名的都是海鮮,或以前的山窿魚蛋粉,但都已經不起歷史洪流沖擊而光榮結業了,現時剩下的大多是一些大型連鎖式餐飲食市,無甚特色。當我們都不寄予厚望之時,行到去香港仔舊大街那邊,忽爾眼睛不約而同被一間店舖吸引住,不是因為那是甚麼出色名店,也不是因為裝修得華麗堂皇,而是因為這小店在懷舊的裝潢下,一塊半身廚房大玻璃的透現中,我們看到一位赤膊上身的師傅在努力的搓緊小籠包皮,係呀,你沒有睇錯,是赤膊上身,相信現時的食市,就算是大排檔都好難見到如斯場面了。可能你會將此情此景定性為不專業,不衛生,但在我個人觀點是,這種視覺“風味“可能已“失傳”很久,是香港以前平民食堂風格的一個標誌,更何況衛生與否是在乎廚師的手法而不是佢嘅外觀。眼見師傅的熟練手藝,我們幾個的冒險精神忽然番哂嚟,決定入去試一下。甫入店內,濃烈的八十年代風格影入眼簾,一種舊式上海飯店的裝修風格,門口是一個透明廚房,讓客人盡覽師傅做麵

甫入店內,濃烈的八十年代風格影入眼簾,一種舊式上海飯店的裝修風格,門口是一個透明廚房,讓客人盡覽師傅做麵點的手工和蒸籠裡小籠包的滾熱辣,櫃台面還放滿了各式各樣的冷盤小食任君選擇,而店內貼滿一張張招牌餸的菜名,還有久歷風霜的海報,見證著昔日情懷,有點地踎的感覺,卻另有一番味道。和師傅聊了一會,原來他們已開業近二十年了,之前是在華富村那邊營業的,後來業主收番舖位,輾轉先搬到嚟舊大街現址繼續營業。

即包即蒸,夠新鮮!質感唔似現時大部份小籠包店的那種薄皮湯包,而是舊式上海店那種,皮略厚,但筋性強唔會硬,用筷子夾住都唔會穿;而肉餡調味十分好味,雖然唔係現時食完就成啖湯喺口那種,但一咬落去肉汁都很豐富,唧哂出嚟,有點似南翔小籠包,懷念已久嘅味道即刻番哂嚟!

一樣係現包即煎,一樣係懷舊味道,只是唔似以前那些舊式老店般煎得“硬篤篤”,這裡的卻煎得啱啱好,外脆內軟,一咬肉汁即標出嚟,超好味,我哋食完立即再加碼要多碟!

包皮鬆軟,包底煎得微脆,只是略嫌肉餡小了一點,未夠盡情,但味道仍是o-i-shi呢!

雖然我們這次只試了包點,但其實見到鄰枱叫的酸辣湯,炒鱔瑚,上海粗炒及高力豆沙的賣相都似模似樣,吸引非常,下次一定要嚟試埋其他小菜至得。
個人覺得這小店的包點確是一絕,令我回憶起不少童年時嘅味道,自從銅鑼灣一品X結業後,相信亦很難再找到類似的上海老店了。所以我都是重覆一向所講的,這類小店在香港的營商大環境下,已經變得買少見少了!如果大家唔想以後出街食飯變得毫無選擇,只剩低那些千篇一律的連鎖式食市的話,請大家多D支持呢類小店,幫佢哋爭取多一點生存空間。

炸銀絲卷。嘩嘩,這個銀絲卷實在太久太夕沒吃了,起碼由中學時代起已經沒吃過了,今勻再吃,實在喜歡。外表金黃,但又不算大脆,點起煉奶,卻又回復中學時代的美味,內裡卻又柔軟無比,不錯。

叫了一客青椒牛肉絲飯,客雖不多,但卻等了足足十五分鐘才“姍姍而上菜”。一看:嘩!這是何物?!只見一小坨黑色黏糊糊的東西,完全看不出是“青椒牛肉”。太多勾芡,又似不用錢的倒醬油,以致完全看不出食材,且並無幾片青椒,卻又莫名地加了一堆豆芽菜(汗|||)。。吃來咸到爆!九成勾芡,一成食材且配的菜飯裡的菜都是黑色的,很不新鮮。這樣一客飯要價$40,又配以毫無質素的服務,真是不如去買碗咖喱魚蛋飽肚好過。

I came to this place after a hike through the Hong Kong Trail and the cold bottle of Tsingtao beer was just the thing to quench my thirst.  We ordered two kinds of dumplings - the xiao long bao and the wo tip or fried dumplings.  Both were very good but I liked the fried dumplings just a bit better.  Both dumplings were made just as we ordered them so they tasted very fresh. 我想住在香港仔這邊的人應該都有食過這家上海店, 在香港仔已經很多年歷史, 小時候就已經光顧它們呢. 平日晚飯時段人流也不少啊, 假日的話就一定要等位呢! 今晚我倆都沒有煮飯, 所以又跑到過來開餐囉! 看上去座位不算多, 但是其實也可以容納40多人. 牆上也寫滿餸菜以供選擇. 今次我們點了一個二人套餐, 包括有: 是日例湯, 小籠包 + 2個小菜; 小菜則點了: 銀芽鱔糊及津白牛腩煲. 這個炒生花是每一枱客都有的. 一會兒例湯就送上了, 是眉豆豬骨湯, 湯很甜沒味精, 很快便喝光呢!銀芽鱔糊, 這個基本上我每次都必點的了, 炒得很惹味, 鱔肉又夠彈牙, 醬汁再用來送一個菜飯, 正!津白牛腩煲, 牛腩跟牛筋炆的極之軟身 (腍) 兼且很入味, 而津白亦十分鮮甜多汁, 更吸收了牛腩的精華, 正!小籠包, 一籠有五粒. 皮很薄, 內裡肉質極之鮮味, 湯汁又夠多. 好正!這個餐亦只是需要$118, 在這個什麼都要加價, 通脹猛過虎的年代, 真是很難得用這個價錢可以吃到這麼有水準的上海菜, 真是非常抵吃! 這裡絕對是吃好上海菜的小館, 也是我久不久要來嘗一嘗的飯堂, 如果希望它可以長存下去

這裏久不久就來,近來最多吃嫩雞煨麵:初次試過便喜愛它鮃甜而帶糊狀熱辣湯底,麵條經大滾了7-8分鐘後變得腍滑,這種口感很不錯!雞肉是固名思義的嫩,似是雞中亦。它用的是小白菜加點筍粒,可以豐富咬口,這小店出品實可一吃再吃。試過渣甸坊香港麵家、灣仔三六九的,暫時以它做得最好。

多年前曾光顧, 但係完全係零印象沒有好與壞近來胃口突變, 週圍去搵上海野食舊式上海野, 通常係油酒多到爆, 非小女子杯茶 睇左好多openrice 既食評也確定了今晚的晚飯如何解決五點半經過時, 店員剛剛食飯我也不好意思打擾於是就等他們飯後為我們落單 雜錦炒飯 : 第一次食, 果乎其實係雜到死, 豬肚,雞腎,火腿,蝦,菜 飯底有很多雞蛋絲, 飯也算分明, 而味道有點像福建炒飯, 幾好味 炒雜菜 : 熱;辣辣, 蔬菜各色其色種類很多, 但以虴油同豉油埋汁, 小女子就唔係咁欣賞啦, 自已比較喜歡干干爽爽既炒菜多點 小寵飽 : 唔清楚係咪確實有十八摺 ? 但摺位頗清澈, 角位有小小硬, 而小寵飽外皮其實做得幾薄, 湯汁唔多, 豬肉有鮮味, 但不能和金滿 x , 頂x x 相提, 但小店收緊客人係 38 蚊, 所以點計都係物有所物值架 豆沙窩餅 : 望到有點干柴, 原來唔係個回事, 皮不但甘香夠脆, 加上甜而不膩而且多到震既豆沙真係一試傾心, 出色, 好味, 極推 ! 埋單有抽獎, 抽到廿蚊, 下次再用 !

一直對這家毫不起眼的天龍樓無甚興趣.....一次友人介紹後成為了粉絲!!今次再作新嘗試....點了醉雞飯, 蝦仁飯, 鮮肉窩貼及生煎包醉雞飯: 好香花雕酒味, 雞肉嫩滑, 份量亦頗多, 抵食!!!蝦仁飯: 即蝦仁時菜飯, 蝦仁雪白又大隻, 一碟有近15隻, 獻汁夠多又夠味, 足料!!!鮮肉窩貼: 食得出真係鮮肉, 好多肉汁, 窩貼底亦煎得香脆~~生煎包: 麵包香甜, 包底微燶, 餡料跟鮮肉窩貼的一樣鮮甜~~所有餸菜都有水準兼水準穩定, 多次光顧都冇失手, 期待下次試其他菜色!!!

蝦仁飯: 即蝦仁時菜飯, 蝦仁雪白又大隻, 一碟有近15隻, 獻汁夠多又夠味, 足料!!!


鮮肉窩貼: 食得出真係鮮肉, 好多肉汁, 窩貼底亦煎得香脆~~

生煎包: 麵包香甜, 包底微燶, 餡料跟鮮肉窩貼的一樣鮮甜~~

所有餸菜都有水準兼水準穩定, 多次光顧都冇失手, 期待下次試其他菜色!!!

上次帶大婆來過,算OK。今早12:40來到這條舊大街,15/16的想着謝記還是試它担担面?最後選後者。這時段人不多,只叫了碗担担面,只見它湯滿滿的,而吃前已用筷子於碗底了吓D醬汁,誰知完全無分別。這裹做得跟湯面一樣而料極孤寒,幾粒1/2小蝦米、花生、幾片大頭菜,湯味不算難吃。不過師傅會將麵由中間一分為二剪開,夠細心可以加分!個人認為詠黎園或蕃薯苗好似合我合味多点!

好少放sunday,趁今天補假,跟大婆去深水灣游水日光浴。事前當然要醫肚啦,這襄自己 試過一次,今日當結大婆些小新鮮感。這位置約20年前是做泰國菜的,那時我的死黨經常請吃140(泰語:loi 肆攝),它是menu內容的編號即生牛肉湯河,猶記得初嘗泰式湯粉那感覺;相當美好,甜甜的蘿蔔,清香的湯底...魚露指天椒。真的......歲月如梭!好,回正題;點了生煎窩貼、小籠包、細酸辣湯、她要了碗雪菜肉絲粉絲。先現身當然是酸辣湯,味道唔錯,不致過酸帶点麻油or辣油味,豬皮有咬口,豬/雞紅豆腐絲滑滑的,旬絲夠脆而湯夠熱,喝完都幾開胃。雪菜肉絲粉絲渴無特別只因要自己煮亦不難。再來小籠包,沒有期待底下它還有點水準呢;皮不特別薄但咬下去肉汁充足而味鮮甜,熱吃不太燙口。煎窩貼;做得時間剛好,个底脆卜卜,我夾起它一口咬下時,還有肉汁滴出來啊!!!幾經努力還餘下兩顆小籠包。好滿足!下次有機會試試它的菜飯跟擔擔面。

Order set of LION Head + 例Soup例Soup very very very salty...so I eat for the peanuts ar pork only...only drink 2,3 spoon of it. Leave the whole bowl there.LION Head : meat ball itself very salty, the sauce is very very salty. I pour half cup of my water to dilute it. but still quite salty. LION Head : meat ball itself very salty, the sauce is very very salty. I pour half cup of my water to dilute it. but still quite salty. Anyway...I eat all the meat ball and 1,2 piece of vegetable.

It is a very salty experience for me. It is amazing that there are so many positive comment. here before
My food are very very far from those good comment.
You guys/gals go here later will be lucky. I gave them feedback when I paying my bill.
I guess they will adjust later.
