我同老婆兩個人叫左一碗爽腩米加牛丸,一碗崩沙腩粗,一碗牛骨湯浸菜。

唔洗好耐,兩碗粉好快就送到,一上枱就聞到好香牛湯味,要讚既係佢個碗好夠熱,本身湯底又夠熱,所以湯無咁易放涼。
一試啖湯,掂啦!👍🏻濃而不濁,好清甜,牛骨味香濃,完全無味精既死咸感覺,配埋蔥真係一流!唔怪得隔離枱要特登叫一碗湯去飲!😲👍🏻

睇咗啲comment 同佢個招牌,抱有期望,一定唔係難食,但真心咁嘅質素完全與價錢不乎。個侍應hea 到完全唔想做咁,難怪隔離排長龍,呢間店我入坐時全店只得兩位客人。似乎呢個舖好快會換新店。

昨日有個前輩同我講旺角有間牛腩粉好掂好好食,於是我就問佢攞左地址,今日放工即刻9衝去試試佢,第一次試就試試佢最貴果個騸牯牛腩河粉。首先講講騸牯牛係咩先,喺食之前我係冇乜印象係乜黎,就當我係完全唔識啦,上網查過:騸牯牛,是山東牛與和牛的混種閹割牛公公,而爪邊正是最受歡迎的部位,食落比本地肥牛更有嚼勁,油花更棉密均勻。今晚入到麵店,人唔係太多,不過坐位都係得十個八個位,等左一陣,一大碗騸牯牛腩粉送到,牛腩湯清得黎帶點甜,味道我覺得有少少似越南生牛肉河既湯,至於個騸牯牛腩就口感有d似平時食開火鍋果d本地牛,但係個肉質嫩少少,同埋肉與肉之間有均勻既肥膏同筋分佈,個人覺得相當不錯,絕對可以一戰,不過價錢就比較貴左少少$108,下次會再黎試試佢爽腩同崩沙腩,鍾意食牛腩既朋友可以去試試佢!

牛腩相對比坑腩冇咁出色,肉質都好稔,但就小咗果陣油脂香,牛味就比較重,但都好食唔錯。


總結:絕對會再幫襯。

📍傳承清湯腩專家 (旺角)旺角廣華街2-20號翠園大樓2期地下6號舖刁鑽脆筋腩$28。下午茶時段去嘅:下午2:30至5:00。最近見到牛腩關注組有唔少人講呢個部位。咁啱經開旺角,見到呢間小店有呢個優惠,$28有得食,咁都幾抵,結果我就入去試吓先😁份量都算叫多,起碼有十件。老實講,真係第一次食,味道方面都OK,食落有啲似筋包住軟骨,口感都算唔錯👌個清底都夠清甜,我真係飲曬啲湯先走😂BTW,呢個優惠幾抵食,但餐牌上嗰啲就真係貴左少少😆
