To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間茶餐廳下午茶幾抵,平均都係3x蚊,如果想慳錢😅唔食午餐都可以留肚食下午茶既,份量當然唔多,但我有時會食2個下午茶😅 因為想食多款,但咁會貴過食午餐🤣🤣🤣🤣但我主要都想食西多士,同炸雞比薯條😝😝 但今次係食干抄牛河🤭🤭🤭,干抄牛河都覺得夠獲氣,我其實下午茶黎食就唔夠飽既🤭🤭朋友住附近既,但佢唔鍾意呢間,因為我同她講幾好食,,但她反應係覺得唔好食,她唔想黎食,不過每人口味唔同,反而我帶呀媽黎食,她又鍾意呢度晚餐既蒸魚飯覺得好食喎,而我黎食晚餐就無乜覺得特別平或特別好食~ 唔差的😄 continue reading

原先每個月一次嘅義工活動因為疫情嘅關係停咗一年有多。今日係我第一次參與番,約定好同個朋友每次都會去附近翠華食個早餐先,但係赫然發現原來呢段時間餐廳已經 ⋯於是周圍搵睇吓有冇其他茶餐廳,又比我搵返呢度⋯以前男朋友因為夜晚有嘢做,會陪佢嚟呢度食晚飯,佢啲小菜好出色㗎。之後其實我都試過一次外賣早餐走,不過都係三文治之類。今次提議帶朋友嚟試吓堂食,佢都話個奶茶唔錯。其實早餐來來去去都係嗰啲火腿通粉、沙嗲牛肉麵、雪菜肉絲米粉等等。因為朋友戒咗牛肉,於是就正路啲揀番火腿通粉,當然會配埋餐肉煎蛋多士啦。另外再嗌咗啦奶油多大家share。雖然話就話求其食,不過點都留返少少基本要求卦。 continue reading

又係放工的時候,今次同男朋友去咗公司附近的一間茶餐廳食晚飯。餐廳有多款小菜選擇,今次我們就選了半隻南乳吊燒雞及菠蘿咕嚕肉。菠蘿咕嚕肉揸得夠脆但不會太乾,而且嗰個汁酸甜度剛剛好,撈飯一流。最想讚的係南乳吊燒雞,外皮燒得勁香脆,雞肉又保持到非常嫩滑。加上雞皮唔會太口,整體口感都非常正!絕對encore!我再次去餐廳時,個南乳吊燒雞已經賣晒,所以有興趣試的大家不仿早少少去,癈事去到有D失望。==============================鍾意我分享的,我邀請你訂閲我的食評,我會繼續與大家繼續發掘有咩CP高的冰糧!(敬禮) continue reading
