服務質素很好,服務員均主動有禮,惟食物質素.......

反正我也不會再次進店品嚐....

早前經過見到呢間店裝修唔錯,於是今日食晏諗住試下,便出事了!同同事六個人叫了不同的午市套餐,當時尚早,店中冇乜客。個經理上菜時,「拿拿淋」咁放碗拉麵上檯,跟住仲用好不禮貌的語氣同我地話:「你地自己分掂佢!」。我地個個同事都為之一呆,心諗幾好食都係假,況且食物又唔算真係好好食,價錢都要成$50一個Set Lunch,做乜要受咁嘅氣....冇下次了!!後悔!

Before dining here, it was clueless to tell what cuisine they did, the interior was very Oriental, and the dishes were similar to Shanghai food.
However when you sit down, it turns out to be Japanese food in Chinese style.
It is very interesting, most of their noodles are Ramen but cooked in Chinese style, ranging from Shanghai style dan dan noodles, to spicy beancurd meat noodles (ma pore doa fu), to chow mein, the crispy noodles just like the chinese style!!
The concept of crispy ramen noodles sounds interesting, but for the Chinese crispy noodles, I do not like them, so I wouldnt expect myself to like the Japanese style.
As well as noodles, they did Chinese stylemain dishes such as stir fried eggs with prawns, liver with chives, sweet and sour etc.
There were three noodles that I thought were worth trying: stir fried noodles, dan dan noodles with black sesame, and the beancurd meat noodles.

It is unusual for ramen to be stir fried, but it was quite nice, although the oil was a bit too strong, there was lots of julienne vegetables in it, and tonnes of grounded fresh black peppar.

Dan dan noodles:
This was the best, it was ramen in dan dan broth, with thick black sesame paste, topped with spicy minced meat on top and lot of spring onions.
The black sesame made the soup slightly thick, the flavours for this soup was quite intense, gritty black sesame, and slightly spicy minced meat.
It was strange, that the soup was slightly sour, but I tried it twice, and it seems to be sour.

To round it up, dessert was good, it was almond pudding, the best almond pudding I have tried, because I do not like almond, and the pudding basically has no almond taste which is great for me.
It was so smooth, and not too sweet, basically it tasted like a milk pudding.
The only negative point about this place are some of the carriage seats, the gap between the table and chair is so small, it is so hard getting in and out!!
The gap to get in and out of is smaller than the length of an adult shoe!

今天下午下班後,我前往將軍澳,再轉往清水灣逛逛。去到將軍澳後,當然要找個地方醫一醫肚餓啦。我走到港鐵將軍澳站對面的君薈坊商場,去找一處既具特色,但價錢相宜的餐廳落腳,結果最後選擇了博多珍寶麵館。我在該處叫了一客醬油拉麵+迷你炒飯+凍豆漿的午餐。端上來後,首先吃的是迷你炒飯。炒飯的份量雖小,但已經足夠我飽肚,而且味道香濃,不錯!接著吃醬油拉麵,麵條吃起來,感覺就像吃某暢銷即食麵一樣,又腍又彈牙,配以既清澈又香濃的湯底,味道相當不錯,只是湯底油膩了一點。最後喝凍豆漿,豆漿甜得來恰到好處,不會"甜到漏"。總括來說,這一餐的質素還算是不錯的。

Had dinner yesterday night and ordered 2 dishes:珍寶炒飯 ($35) and珍寶面 ($45)big serving size and quite nice taste, unlike those mentioned in the previous negative comments.guys shall note that it's a 中華料理 restaurant, so don't be ignorant to treat it as ramen shop or new style fusion cuisine.All in all, it does not derserve such poor rating. Worth to have another try.

我們是第一枱食客, 安排坐在門前的2人枱. 比較狹小, 其實沒什麼人客的話安排我們坐得闊落點就好了. 不過老公說ok.

另點了一客餃子.

上菜時, 見份量非常多真的嚇了一跳.
其實老公點的和我點的用料完全一樣. 不同的, 只是一款是乾身, 一款是湯麵. 據說昔日在日本長崎, 乾身的是外賣用的, 而有湯的是堂食.

相信看過店內資料的食客都知道ちゃんぽん的由來 -- 由百年前東渡日本的福建人陳來順所創 -- 用廉價和多款食材, 做出廉宜但營養豐富的食物以供應一眾清貧的中國留學生. 後來發展成為長崎的特色料理.

ちゃんぽん 的材料必有 魚介類, 豬肉 和3款或以上的疏菜. 做法是用豬油起鑊, 猛火炒香魚介和豬肉, 添菜稍炒後加入水或上湯.....

博多珍寶麵館的出品完全符合正宗ちゃんぽん 的要點
1) 材料正確
2) ちゃんぽん 和 皿うどん 都用粗蛋麵
3) 分量多

最讓我驚訝的是, 廚師堅守原則用了一般香港人無法接受的豬腩片肉. 在日本, 一般家庭食用豬腩片肉是很普通的, 無論做湯, 煮菜也會用豬腩片. 我家更用來しゃぶしゃぶ (日本的豬腩片較貴, 瘦肉較便宜且不常有售) 只要堅守不吃過量(不多於100g) 不單不會致肥或增加膽固醇更可消除疲勞 因為豬肉含豐富維生素B1有消除疲勞之效.
以前的客家人勞動一整天, 回家吃粗飯和梅菜扣肉, 第二天又有氣力勞動了, 其實是糙米和豬肉都有豐富的維生素B1的原故.

餃子很遲才上, 不過我們沒有介意, 因為麵的份量很多, 我們吃著等.

餃子更是正宗得讓我們驚訝. 日式餃子首要皮薄, 煎得稍燶. 這裡的餃子很有蒜香,更有湯汁非常美味.

老公說, 竟然在將軍澳吃到久久未嚐的日式餃子和皿うどん 真的很意外.

今天不滿意的是茶, 和暖的, 讓人喝得很不舒服. 都公說, 那應是午市剩在暖壺裡的. 希望員工注意, 晚市時要換上熱的.

下次要帶仔女來吃!

本來想去太興, 見到係太興隔離新開麵店試一試, 服務態度何其差!!!叫左個餃子同珍寶拉麵, 等左好耐, 同老細講, 叫幫手跟跟. 老細話等等啦, 整緊啦, 一如其他劣質茶餐廳侍應, 走左去, 冇跟進, 記住係老細.再等多陣, 餃子到左, 都食住先啦. 食完餃子都未到. 再等多陣, 唔對路, 同個侍應講, 侍應去睇睇. 當老細見到個侍應幫我地去睇, 老細就走黎同我講, 你叫左十分咋(其實唔只, 餃子都食完), d野食要煮架, 你估係快餐店, 即叫即有呀! 服務: 勁差. 未試過叫人跟下d野食遲來, 無認真幫我睇都算啦, 仲要比人鬧我好追佢, 仲要係老細黎添, 咩野態度.味道: 一般環境: 條路只夠一個人行衛生: 新開張, 衛生情況尚可抵食: 絕對唔平, 六十蚊一個食左由背脊骨落既拉麵 絕對冇下次.

今日係個A同事生日近年都係我安排佢個生日lunch今年我重預IT 人 一齊A同事話要囄哩間….OKA同事 = 九州豬骨拉麵 = 豬骨味濃同叉燒…入口有既即溶的感覺!!! 咁好味…早知食呢個人!!IT人= 辛辣珍寶麵 (same same la) = 魷魚鬚, 蝦仁﹐肉粒 & 蔬菜…好多料wor!! 不是辣的感覺….但是…我自己沒有再加辣….是不想破壞個湯低好艱形容好特別的感覺!!! 洋蔥…IT 人碗多的是….我的好似….無~~~麵條 – 比日本麵粗身及麵質亦較…一般的硬!!!再加和風炒肉丸 = D 味好…但說不出的制訂程序!!! 淨係記得係炸!!..OK最主要上菜慢…扣咗分!!!
