3️⃣,這道晚市常餐一上菜就給人一種「嘩」的驚喜,因為他的份量相當之大!而整道菜的靈魂就是相當邪惡的脆皮菠蘿油,那種冰涼而軟滑的牛油,與薄脆又微溫的菠蘿包,矛盾地合二為一,形成了一種無與倫比的口感與味道。相較之下,西冷牛扒就有點被比下去了。
