去完税務大樓,過了午飯時間人潮高峰,行過嚟灣仔揾嘢食。修頓對面有幾間小店,查吓網上食評幾好就入去試吓。細路仔唔認世界,原來係先買飛,後攞飯。試燒味飯一定要試基本功:叉燒飯。叉燒雖然唔係頂級,但係都算可以,至少唔硬。白飯份量好夠,一般OL應該食唔哂。師傅原來想淋兩轉豉油,好彩我一轉就叫停,如果唔係就太鹹啦。

今晚想吃燒味飯,入了一家名叫大慶燒臘的飯店進餐,店子很小,座位也很迫,不算舒適,烧味種類也齊全,有鸡、燒肉、烧鸭、燒鹅、义烧、乳鸽、墨魚等等'叫了個燒肉切鸡飯,斬料的師傅也非常好禮貌,份量也很大碟,一般燒味店通常飯多而餸料只得廖廖幾件,但此店的餸料很多,而且賣相也很新鮮,比起其他店舖專给鸡背己經很好,烧肉雖然不夠脆皮,但肉質和味道很好,切鸡也很滑,40餘元包湯或汽水,己經不錯。相信下次經過仍然會再幫襯。

今晚難得屋企齊人食飯, 我本身係灣仔番工既, 媽咪細妹都好鐘意食燒味, 經過一間叫大慶既鋪頭, 見佢門口都有人排隊, 就諗住試下, 入去買左叉燒同燒鴨, 一番屋企打開, D香味已經引左我細妹出黎, 我第一次打食評! 因為呢間燒味鋪D質素真係好唔錯!!肉汁好豐富! 就算咁夜去買! 完全無覺得係尾貨! 又大件好抵食!! 強烈建議大家試叉燒同燒鴨! 連我老豆平時唔太食肉都比平時食多左! 我下次會試埋佢其他野!

今天一做完運動就想起位於盧押道的一家燒味店,二話不說直接踩過去滿足一下我個胃先。此店份量依舊,如果您是第一次食,一定滿驚喜!WAOWAOWAOWAOWAO! 叫左一個雙拼飯堂食$42 (叉切雞飯) 真係一路食一路要讚叉叉: 軟腍,厚道肥瘦適中,質感一流,食到係鎖住肉汁!好滿足,又滋味又抵食!下次要食埋佢個燻蹄飯先~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

This self service no frills Chinese BBQ place doesn’t look very appealing on the outside but the BBQ pork rice was so good! The meat was juicy and the portion was huge. It’s nice that it also came with a soup. The portion is large enough for 2 meals. I’d definitely come back.
