係青衣運動跑完步之後跟左地膽去搵食,帶左我地黎呢間隱世既日式串燒店,平時真係唔會經過呢度,更加搵唔到呢間咁高質既串燒店😍叫左好多款串燒一齊share黎食,當中最最最推介既係豬肉釀雞皮餃子,真係必食,表皮燒到脆卜卜入面就鎖住左啲肉汁;另外就係燒粟米🌽,老闆話佢地用左隻靚既牛油黎燒,聽完唔記得左,但最緊要好食😋仲有一個推介既係秋葵蝦滑,因為好少蔬菜類,所以都好推介要食呢個😋牛舌就好大塊但係一啲都唔韌,我本身麻麻地食牛舌都覺得唔錯,其他串燒正常發揮,係雞皮餃子同粟米太好食,所以唔記得咗其他既味啦🤣 continue reading

喺街坊群都有聽聞涌美有間日式食店風評唔錯,今日終於去試吓了。6pm 去到見落左閘,以為摸門釘。唔甘心行埋去睇,原來入面有燈同有個似老闆嘅人坐左喺度,再等多一等就真係開門了。兩個人叫左咖哩吉列豬扒飯、串燒牛脷、三文魚鰭同白鱔。吉列豬扒當然無日本專門店嗰啲咁 juicy,但唔硬唔柴,我覺得唔錯,而最欣賞係咖哩飯入面有蔬菜,十分平衡,飯量也多,仲送凍綠茶一杯。呢間店串燒多數係醬燒(不過我後來聽到隔離枱落 order 時有強調要鹽燒,唔知係咪可以選擇呢),個醬我覺得偏咸,可能為左送酒,所以個白鱔咸左少少,同份量較少,不過肉質非常好,有彈性,如果可以大件少少就好啦。牛脷同三文魚鰭都疑似老闆送多件比我地食(唔通因為我等開門?)牛脷好食!燒得啱啱好,好淋有肉汁,無奇怪味。三文魚鰭就正常,用同一隻醬黎燒但無白鱔咁咸,可能因為肥份多啲。食完晒其實夠飽,不過仲有啲為食,所以叫埋個 Set A 試吓。樣樣都好食,尤其係個雞腎,好 juicy。 continue reading

滑蛋吉列豬扒丼配蕃茄汁($60)滑蛋頗滑但無咩蛋味;吉豬炸粉脆身唔硬實,豬扒算厚身,有口感,少少嚡但可接受;蕃茄汁微酸少甜,味道不錯;飯係珍珠米,較黏身;仲有啲椰菜絲。丼飯會附送一杯凍綠茶。薯條($18)加肉醬(+$10)即炸,粗薯條,除咗肉醬,仲有芝士。肉醬係牛肉碎,味濃。薯條同肉醬份量都多,食到最後一條薯條都仲有芝士肉醬。串燒套餐 B($73)・醬燒豬腩肉,有三件,醬汁微甜,豬腩肉有咬口。・醬燒煙肉芝士,有三件,微咸煙肉卷住芝士。・醬燒豬大腸,無豬臭味,有𡁻口,味道不錯。・燒牛油粟米條,有三條,普通。雞軟骨肉棒串配泡菜($23)雞軟骨棒係來貨嗰款,無咩特別,但夾埋泡菜一齊食又幾特別。厚燒牛脷($25)有三片,唔係爽口嗰款嘅牛舌,係炆過嘅牛脷再燒,口感偏腍,味道正常。小店家庭式經營,一位樓面一位廚師,坐位唔多,收費合理。如果要比意見,我覺得串燒嘅火喉仲差啲,可以提升一吓。 continue reading

新開嘅小店,老細十分友善有禮貌,會主動溝通拎食客意見。住青衣嘅人都知過左夜晚9點之後,除左連鎖快餐店,其實選擇唔多。難得有鋪頭肯開到咁夜,一定要試下。主食方面,丼飯塊豬排炸得薄皮又juicy,唔係果種淨係食到成口油。加埋滑蛋蕃茄醬,個醬調配得岩岩好,味道再有加乘。再叫左啲炸物同串燒,整體都做到皮薄多汁。我個人偏好醬汁唔會過濃而蓋過食物原有嘅味道,老細係味道平衡感方面處理得頗為出色。小食推介:玉子燒 - 即叫即整,濕潤鬆軟炸雞塊 - 酥脆多汁肉醬薯條 - 份量抵食燒魚鰭 - 最有驚喜,必試!整體性價比十分高! continue reading

上次食完後念念不忘佢哋啲串燒今日同另一班朋友再去幫襯,咁啱遇着大廚試緊新菜,我哋梗係唔執輸樣樣都試啲啦印象最深刻嘅係泡菜雞肉棒,估唔到兩樣嘢加埋一齊做串燒會咁夾。另外仲有前菜茄子漬都非常推介,清新開胃,估唔到呢個價錢可以份量比咁大碗。見到隔籬枱有碟蛋沙律幾得意,我哋都即刻點咗嚟試,佢係滷水蛋中間釀咗蛋黃撈沙律醬,鹹鹹地又甜甜地滷水好入味好耐冇試過一間小店食完會咁有驚喜,價錢質素同份量真係超值冇得輸,希望佢哋繼續努力,香港人撐返香港小店 continue reading
