To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

完全沒川菜味，70蚊午餐都5知食左落肚回鍋肉是炒定的，鍋屎濃味很重，菜多肉少，油多到一定係炒定放埋一邊，D油走哂出來，完全都唔熱，白飯格細，2啖就沒，不會再幫襯價格太不合乎

手撕包菜裡面有一堆雞蛋殼碎片，個店員拿走左話重新炒過，結果喺話追唔到廚房要取消。麻辣香鍋鍋底有揀到萵筍，上到來沒萵筍，同個店員講，佢話幾片萵筍師傅炒唔到，我朋友叫佢涼拌萵筍上幾片來，佢話OK，最後都係沒。仲要話比翻個九折我，多謝不過OpenRice訂位本身就有9折。

喺外賣平台叫咗外賣午餐，食麻辣香鍋，無得揀辣度，對我嚟講有少少辣，如果無咁辣會好啲香鍋嘅調味好香，有木耳，蓮藕等蔬菜，亦有唔少肉片同兩隻蝦，蝦好似唔太新鮮，飯嘅份量亦偏少，最後食番啲醃蘿蔔清新下，總體嚟講係好食嘅

同朋友唔知食咩好上網見到呢一間又好似幾多人都話OK就所以試一試佢。入到去都舒服嘅，好多卡位，我哋揀咗張卡位坐😃酸菜魚佢嘅酸菜魚其實算中上，味道啱啱好，唔會泰勒，就算唔食得辣嘅朋友應該都食到😝魚份量算幾多，已經有薯粉喺入邊，有少量嘅萵筍，豆卜同木耳，二人份量啱啱好😄炸饅頭我個人真係好鍾意食炸饅頭，所以我對呢個炸饅頭有少少失望，佢明顯係雪過好凍再炸，入邊完全係硬到咬唔開，外面都好硬，絕對唔推薦😖椒鹽魷魚比我想像中多肉，同埋份量好多。入邊有魚有驚喜👍🏻裏面已經界咗花，一啲都唔靭，味道亦都啱啱好做得唔錯，炸粉亦都唔會好厚😋

三個人食，叫咗五個餸，包括皮蛋做前菜、酸菜魚、薑蔥蠔、店主推介鹹蛋黃南瓜同埋椒絲腐乳通菜。每一個餸嘅份量都大，絕對夠食，酸菜魚啲魚肉好滑，個湯酸味程度啱啱好，會不停咁飲湯😂。 店主話鹹蛋黃南瓜唔係成日有，結果真係冇令到我哋失望，好快就比俾我哋清晒。薑蔥蠔同埋個椒絲腐乳通菜都好有鑊氣。食物質素真係值得推介，服務都好好，上網訂枱單寫咗對芫荽敏感，店主真係有記錄，主動問我確認，亦都真係記得每一樣送都走芫荽。唯獨是同場有一行10幾人的聚會，加上樓底矮，個個高談闊論之下，就真係好嘈😖
