是日下午還有很多要事辦，午餐只求快及簡單，於是在「康泰」買了個叉燒飯飯盒祭祭五藏廟。其實自此店開業以來都光顧了好幾次，不過每次都是屋企斬料加餸，今次叫外賣飯盒倒是第一次~買了個$16元的叉燒飯，跟師傅指明要半肥叉，估不到叉燒的份量十足，還搭了兩條芥蘭(雖然比較老)..... 叉燒肥瘦均稱，有陣陣蜜汁香，而且燒得剛好，表層不會因燒得過久而太硬，亦能保持著肉汁，而且肉質非常之腍，帶點肥膏的油香，很好味 整體來說，以此價錢有這個質素，實在是很不錯!!!~ continue reading
