呢間主打手撕雞嘅外賣店本身已經喺石水渠街開咗七年最近先搬咗去灣仔道。所以一到傍晚就好多街坊幫襯。✨手撕雞雞肉份量好多,肉質好嫩滑。醬汁有陣陣芝麻香氣,再灑上白芝麻味道好好。配搭青瓜、木耳,味道好清新。特別啱夏天食。✨招牌豬手豬手爽滑充滿膠質,肉質唔會好結實,炆得好入味。仲有埋花生一齊煮。✨去骨海南雞雞肉好嫩滑但係完全冇血水。連雞胸位置都好腍,真係好少地方做到。雞皮口感爽滑,唔會好肥。配埋三款醬汁味道更豐富。✨滷水雞腳 大盒到咁先$20,性價比好高!炆得好腍好入味,喺屋企好難做得到。

今晚有朋友嚟屋企食飯,好懶唔想整咁多嘢,買外賣返屋企加餸快靚正。喺灣仔新開嘅「招牌手撕雞」買咗以下四款嘢返屋企。招牌手撕雞:我問職員可唔可以將啲青瓜雲耳同埋辣醬分開裝,唔好撈埋落啲手撕雞一齊。職員完全冇嫌我煩,跟足我指示咁分開裝,真係抵讚。手撕雞果然係舖頭嘅招牌。肉質嫩滑,亦都唔會太肥。調味亦都唔會太鹹。加左芝麻令菜式增添香氣。去骨海南雞:隻雞都好大隻,份量十足。雞肉Juicy。配埋蔥蓉,黑醬油同埋甜酸醬,好岩送飯。泰式豬脾:本身都驚豬脾會唔會好似湯渣咁乾,好彩完全冇。佢個豬髀係帶點點肥肉,咬落去肥瘦適中,唔會乾。而且滷得入味。同埋鍾意佢個豬皮,唔會太多肥膏,又多骨膠原。秘製豬手:豬手滷嘅時間夠,一啲都唔硬。好容易咬開,而且豬手有根有肉,咬落帶點彈牙。豬毛亦都清理得唔錯,唔會食到拮口。
