今天下午特地到拿督星加坡大排檔午餐,點了一碗馬來福建鮮蝦湯摻摻及一杯凍白咖啡($66)。吃時發覺啲「鮮」蝦都是「霉而不爽」的。頗為失望!真是一個吃得不甚愉快的午餐。只想在此分享給大家留意下!謝謝!誰知道下午開始覺得肚子不舒服、想嘔、出汗、心口翳悶。似乎有輕微食物中毒的跡象。雖然這是一家頗為受歡迎的食肆,但我今日的遭遇真的令我不敢再光顧這家店舖了。大家若發覺啲「鮮」蝦是霉爛的,就切勿吃落肚。可能那「鮮」蝦並不是受歡迎的食物,所以turnover rate不高而影響了其新鮮程度。這是個好教訓,別怕浪費那三隻霉爛。只要身體健康就算不值那個價錢也應棄掉「霉爛」的蝦。希望店主多加留意食物的質素及新鮮程度。不新鮮就別賣給客人。謝謝!

同女朋友拍拖嚟觀塘熟食中心,試左間近排討論度頗高嘅拿督新加坡大排檔。平時都幾鍾意新加坡嘢食,今次就試咗兩款人氣餐:豉油撈粗配咖喱豬軟骨同雞扒胡椒麵。先講個豉油撈粗,食之前喺網上見唔少人話份量唔算大,但今次一上枱我哋真係眼都凸😳——份量超多,幾乎有成一個半麵餅咁滯!粗麵煙韌掛汁,豉油香甜中帶微鹹,配埋咖喱豬軟骨嘅香濃味道,意外地好夾👍。咖喱唔係那種超辣類型,反而係微微香辣帶甜,啱晒唔太食得辣嘅人。至於雞扒胡椒麵,雞扒煎到金黃香脆,肉質依然保持嫩滑,唔會乾柴。胡椒湯底味道濃郁,但唔會辣到嗆喉,反而係溫暖型嘅淡淡胡椒香,飲落去好暖胃。粗麵配湯同樣吸味力十足,每啖都充滿胡椒湯底嘅香氣。唯一小小嘅扣分位係,可能因為近期餐廳喺電視節目曝光,人氣急升,感覺店員仲未完全習慣應付大量食客,落單同收錢時都聽到有啲混亂同延誤。如果可以喺人手安排同流程上改善,整體體驗一定會更好。

之前聽聞呢間好出名,所以經過就去試吓食。中午去到餐廳見到好多人都喺度食緊,要排一陣隊先可以食到。對呢間餐廳都幾有期望。但期望太大,食完有點失望。首先,份量唔係好多,食晒成碟感覺都唔係好飽。第二,唔啦係好夠熱,如果溫度熱啲會好食啲。第三,雞扒燒得好乾。雖然整體味道都OK,但應該唔會想再食第二次。

之前在觀塘舊碼頭食過1次,水準唔錯,但非常之可惜執咗。知道在駿業街重開,已經mark 低要encore 開張第二日試過,由於新開張好混亂,岀品不似預期,但值得原諒。今日同朋友再去試,12:45分去到,居然只得10 幾個人🤔🤔,同之前人山人海比較,差咁多嘅😢😢心裹不禁想走,因為後面個間海悠爆到要等位,但朋友話既然來咗,就俾多次機會試下叫咗個海南雞飯及大細腳撈麵海南雞非常之嚡,飯又唔夠入味,絕對水準之下😔😔大洗腳撈麵 ,呢個味道唔知點解食唔返之前嘅味道⋯得個咸字🥲🥲總括嚟講,水準比之前舊碼頭差咗好多,我也想知道原因,但短期內應該唔會再返轉頭!

觀塘碼頭附近熟食市場的拿督結業之後,先過去北角,然後回歸觀塘區的熟食市場,的確這樣的做法能夠讓餐廳經營的成本更低,而且附近工商大樓林立,比原址更容易吸引到吃午飯的打工仔。之前在結業前的水準直線下滑,今次重開,還是招牌菜來看看水準有沒有回復,分別是大細腳也就是煲豬腳雞腳,以及黑豉油撈粗麵。前者煲得相當入味,黑豉油甜而不太鹹,膠原感滿載,可惜的是豬腳份量不太多,而且取的位置也沒有太多皮和肉,份量有點取巧,至於雞腳的軟腍剛剛好;後者配上咖喱牛柳,還是那個老問題牛柳份量不多,咖喱醬汁夠香,但質感太稀,粗麵彷彿像湯麵一樣受浸,粗麵本身撈起來也算乾爽,黑豉油入味也令到鹼水味不多,總括而言比最後一次光顧有改善,但還是有進步空間,當然在客似雲來的情況之下,有沒有時間給廚房準備又是一個問題。After closing its location near Kwun Tong Ferry Pier, this Singapore style restaurant moved to North Point before returning to Kwun Tong. This move likely reduced operational costs and made it easier to attract office workers for lunch. Upon reopening, I revisited their signature dishes: braised pork and chicken feet, and black soy sauce noodles with curry beef. The braised dishes were flavorful, but the pork portion was small. The noodles were improved but still had room for refinement, particularly with the beef quantity and sauce consistency. Overall, there was improvement but still potential for growth.
