    叉燒，以腍取勝

    三月中旬‧有雨其實很久以前也試過這裡號稱叉燒皇的出品，是日工作需要，又再試一次。選了一條半肥瘦的，蜜味香甜，肉質非常腍，很難在正常肉中找有有這麼腍的質地。話說是食神挑戰賽的得獎作品，其實也有人欣賞的。熱咖啡幾滑，奶味較重，下次要少奶的較好。 continue reading
