琴日去左粉嶺經過呢間餅店, 點到有一大塊餅吊左係度, 同屋企人行左入去睇下, 買左包企爐餅(我媽媽記得電視介紹過), 個餅既樣就麻麻但返到屋企試試, 食落好"煙銀", 甜得黎唔流, 食完會想再食多d. 下次去粉嶺食晚餐前會再去呢度買餅(同埋椰撻, 仲有好多懷舊野食) continue reading

主人與奴隸獸曾經睇電視介紹此餅店。有一款傳統餅食,叫企爐餅(原本叫做大餅,因為從前的製餅師傅必須企在爐邊,不停翻餅而得名。)。企爐餅分為鹹(南乳味),甜(芝麻味)兩款。今次路經此店,就買一袋鹹味試試(HK$10)。鹹味企爐餅口味似沒有肥豬肉的雞仔餅,(所以不及雞仔餅香口。)頗硬實,有少少煙韌。下次可以試一試甜味的。 continue reading
