主人與奴隸獸曾經睇電視介紹此餅店。有一款傳統餅食，叫企爐餅（原本叫做大餅，因為從前的製餅師傅必須企在爐邊，不停翻餅而得名。）。企爐餅分為鹹（南乳味），甜（芝麻味）兩款。今次路經此店，就買一袋鹹味試試（HK$10）。鹹味企爐餅口味似沒有肥豬肉的雞仔餅，（所以不及雞仔餅香口。）頗硬實，有少少煙韌。下次可以試一試甜味的。 continue reading
