呢間川菜館絕對係對於鍾意食香麻辣嘅朋友黎講係一個天堂,絕對正宗嘅四川重慶菜館。餐廳寬敞坐得舒服,成間店都充斥住陣陣香辣嘅味道,重點佢地嘅辣唔止得辣,而係食得出陣香味同麻辣感乾鍋魚雜 $168簡直係一次就滿足左我想食魚春食到飽嘅慾望,因為成鍋都係魚春同埋魚卜,份量唔少。用左酸蘿蔔辣椒乾炒爆鑊,魚春同魚卜都入晒味,個鍋有火爐熱住愈煮愈香愈辣愈惹味椒麻腰花 $138豬腰切到開晒花好靚,處理得好乾淨所以食落無怪味,而且口感都好嫩好食。雖然鋪滿左青花椒,個麻嘅感覺幾正又唔會辣。係底有D禾筍條,可以解一解個油膩感四川擔擔麵 $58 / 白飯 $12擔擔麵個醬汁調多勁香,鍾意佢地個花生味特別多特別濃。不過可能無湯嘅關係,個辣味比起個魚雜鍋更加辣,但就真係愈辣愈想繼續食 continue reading

今日陪媽咪去完寶血醫院做身體檢查,出嚟又餓又攰,剛好見到旁邊有間裝修乾淨企理嘅四川菜館,就決定入去試吓。我哋大約五點左右到,當時人未算多,但坐低冇耐就有兩大圍熟客入嚟,好熱鬧、好有氣氛。見到咁多街坊熟門熟路嚟食,即刻安心哂,感覺呢間餐廳係附近街坊嘅「口袋名單」。我哋叫咗三樣菜:水煮魚、回鍋肉、炸饅頭。每一道都係地道嘅川味,食落口嗰陣,真係有種返到家鄉嘅感覺。我同媽咪一路食一路傾起以前去四川旅行嘅回憶,唔覺意就食多咗幾啖,真係滋味又暖心。 continue reading

这一大盘辣子鸡🌶️谁还知道我在香港🇭🇰?坐标🇭🇰长沙湾「旺萍川菜館」份量巨大,味道正宗的地道川菜让我找到了不是拉踩,这家川菜真的比起12味,更加实惠大碗老板是正经四川人,对每一道菜都是有理解的鱼香肉丝,干锅菜花,炒青笋,辣子鸡我们点了四道最想吃的菜辣子鸡非常的香,鸡肉也非常的脆嫩花菜更不用提了,味道是非常好,然后就是鱼香肉丝,酸甜口也相当正宗,而且关键他们家饭量真好大,我们还可以带一个饭老板超好👍还送给我们冰粉当前餐后甜品!又是在香港找到好吃川菜的一天! continue reading

今天下午 ,我們去到 長沙灣青山道旺萍川菜館(長沙灣) 午餐。侍應先上 一壺 四川苦蕎茶, 茶香怡神。 店主告訴我們 ,這裏的廚師全是四川人, 煮得一手 撚手川菜 。#酸菜魚 $188我們點了餐廳的招牌菜。首先是酸菜魚,選用新鮮生魚,湯頭鮮美,魚肉滑嫩,令人回味無窮。#手撕雞$108接下來是手撕雞,採用清遠雞,雞肉嫩滑,搭配特製醬料,更加提味。#大盤花菜$78大盤花菜色香味俱全,口感脆嫩,適合佐餐。 配上白飯,為每道菜增添了飽足感。最後,餐廳還提供凍奶茶和四川冰粉,清涼解暑,完美結束一餐。整體服務周到,讓人倍感賓至如歸,是聚餐的理想選擇。 continue reading
