To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冇魚肉味嘅燒賣🥲林記燒賣被燒賣關注組大推，個人口味覺得唔合格。燒賣每粒大小不一，睇得出係人手製作。燒賣的確吃落十分煙韌彈牙，咬開半透明，但魚肉味道唔突出，相反魚肉調味濃，加上豉油辣椒油之後過鹹。豉油就正正常常，辣椒油香辣。食完之後有失望，期望係香魚肉味道。但價錢十分相宜，8蚊有5粒。

其實呢間小食店都食咗好多年，不過不嬲都係食開佢嘅撈麵，但係原來聽人講佢係燒賣關注組嘅推薦嘅燒賣，所以今次就試吓😎啱啱六點幾嘅時候，去到已經排緊隊，等咗大約四個人先到我。手工製燒賣我就買咗兩串$16 10粒，首先佢一粒真係好大粒，呢度一粒等於你平時出去買嘅燒賣兩粒大小😮咬落去，我覺得個感覺就係粉嘅比率佔比較多，令到佢咬落去好彈牙，呢個情況就真係好極端，有人會鍾意佢咬落去嘅口感，好爽口就好似我咁，覺得保留有燒賣嘅味道都好有口感，辣汁更加係十分夾，食得辣嘅記得要加辣汁但係亦都有可能會有人唔鍾意佢唔夠燒賣魚肉好實在嘅魚肉口感，但係我比較鍾意呢一種燒賣👍🏻😆
