最鐘意食嘅一道菜,牛柳粒好多,仲有好多蜜糖,至愛,送飯一流。

又香又脆,唔會炸得過老,肉嫩皮脆。

😋蠔仔粥
超多蠔仔,大粒又飽滿,食左3大碗。

整體好滿意,樣樣都好味,下次再試埋其他。

在外吃西蘭花,西蘭花口感通常過軟、多油,兼無味,不過「榮來樓」的西蘭花花枝片 (HK$78) 卻令我滿心歡喜!西蘭花是我喜歡的爽感,而且多汁入味,絕對沒有淡寡及爆油的情況,味道吸引!而花枝片也新鮮,當中亦配備橙籠椒、雲耳、韮王、唐芹等同炒!

我特別喜歡浸菜,不過浸菜的成敗,大多取決於所用的上湯!這道蝦乾魚滑白菜 (HK$88) 的上湯呈淺米黃色調,入口來得濃淡適中和味道自然,湯汁被爽口的白菜吸收,入味之餘亦有菜香。第一次嘗試帶殻的蝦乾,淡淡的鹹鮮和輕甜,相信蝦乾為上湯貢獻了不少鮮味!而魚肉則彈牙無腥,唯質感鬆一點會更理想!

再嘗試另一款浸菜 — 杞子腐竹浸時蔬 (HK$88),我們選了時令的莧菜!無論上湯、莧菜的口感,與及掛湯的效果,也依然出色,除腐竹、杞子,還配有粉絲、雲耳和秀珍菇,清怡又美味!

「榮來樓」廚功扎實、侍應們親切友善,星期六晚不少客人是預訂海鮮、一家大細的熟客,環境不會太吵鬧、更意外地沒聽到一句污言穢語,一遍樂也融融的氣氛,與平日的街坊飯店有著不同的感受!

星期日晚在西鐵元朗站發生的嚇人暴力事件,引伸出香港警隊、黑社會、社會管治等多方面的嚴重問題,以至今日各大商場、店舖相繼提早關門,令本是口福不淺的元朗居民敲響警號。就連人生安全也是疑問,究竟香港人何時也享用真正的安樂茶飯?!

今晚入完屯門做嘢諗住搵嘢食,但諗諗下元朗同屯門其實都係好近,但係元朗就好多嘢食,求其揾間都應該好味😋😋😋揸車去到B仔涼粉後面有得泊車,所以就停左係嗰邊,一落車見到兩邊都係食市,唔係食打冷就係食雞煲,見到橫街裏面零零舍舍食小菜嘅,見都幾多人食喎,我同一班朋友就入咗去食啦,侍應安排左我哋坐2樓,一上到2樓其實都爆爆地,坐低洗完碗睇下嗰menu先,嘩!真係好多選擇呀,不過聽聞哩度食魚好出名嘅,我地叫左嗰蔥花辣椒蒸大魚頭,薑蔥爆魚云,炸豬手,招牌鹽焗雞,金銀蛋浸白菜仔,咸蛋黃炸鮮尤,滷水浸雞腳,最後再嗌多個口水雞同埋豉油王炒麵!!蔥花辣椒蒸大魚頭真係好出色,好入味,其實平時我麻麻地食魚架,但係呢個蒸大魚頭真係真心出色😜😜!!碟薑蔥爆魚云好有穫氣,裏面有勁多蔥段同埋豆腐卜,全部都索哂啲汁,啲人話食魚云等於食花膠,係咪真㗎,好正呀🤫🤫🤫至於個炸豬手都OK喎,唔會話炸得好實,都仲好有肉汁呀🤪🤪。招牌鹽焗雞好滑呀,不過就差少少雞味,個麻辣口水雞真係見到都要食多兩碗飯!個滷水汁雞腳同樣出色,雞腳充滿晒滷水汁同埋應該都浸左好耐,因為啲雞皮好淋,骨膠原BB😋😋😋唔打唔撞入咗間平民嘅小菜館,好滿足呀🙋🏻‍♀️🙋

今晚想食豆豉蒸魚暈,記起這平民飯店門外經常擺出大大個魚頭,於是揸車人元朗光願。泊好車後到達飯店果然見有三大個魚頭,雖然今晚的魚頭不太巨型但已不箅太細。於是選了一個最大的,加消多一個薑葱魚泡煲及炒菜心便足夠两人食用了。魚頭蒸出來十分香,味道很好,魚暈很大塊及有肉。但豆豉落重了一少点。薑葱魚泡煲很有火路,份量十足。魚泡本身做得很軟滑。送飯一流。菜心也炒得很好。這個晚餐份量两個人也吃不哂,消費祗不過是四佰元。

如果約同事,朋友我會食小菜,因為可以慢慢吹吹水,食下野,飲下啤酒~今次約舊同事在元朗食飯,朋友介紹給我,這家店已經好耐了,這店小菜不錯,所以來了這裏~三個女仔胃口不大,每日點一個餸~椒鹽鮮魷,京都骨,雜菜煲~椒鹽鮮魷:炸粉太多,咬一下已經魷魚和炸皮分開京都骨我至愛,酸甜適中,送飯一流~主要的骨不會有太多肥膏~因為試過食第二間一半肉一半膏雜菜煲係我揀,因為我覺得一定要有菜落肚,清湯煮,有白菜仔,西蘭花,菜心,大白菜加粉絲,不會太喊~

蜜餞薯仔牛柳粒 - 呢個超正, 薯仔同牛柳粒比例好好, 份量又夠, 每一粒都沾滿蜜餞, 好好味.

炸豬手 - 好體貼, 已經一件件切好了, 以為炸會比較乾, 點知係外脆內軟. 味道剛好, 不會太咸

蝦仔茄子粉絲 - 比較清淡, 不過好香, 好多蝦仔.
