好多時候越簡單嘅嘢就越難做得好,點解?因為大多數人都睇唔起呢啲簡單嘢,是但求其,不過我深信只要肯花心思去做,一定有知音人,就好似呢間舖頭嘅炸菜肉絲,食過就知老闆嘅誠意。三個人一人一碗,一個要絲爪麵一個要絲爪米一個要雲吞加炸菜肉絲麵,三個人都話佢個炸菜肉絲真係無得輸,呢度嘅炸菜肉絲同其他地方食到嘅最大唔同就係個肉質,佢呢度會先烹調啲肉絲,所以特別煙韌有彈性,零舍有肉味,呢啲心機野,就表現出佢嘅誠意。 continue reading

今次行過一家好有人情味嘅小餐館,無拘無束噉坐低嚟嘆頓平民午餐🍜。內裏嘅鳳爪雲吞麵真係睇得我口水直流,一試之下,鳳爪入口即化,但仲保持住啖啖肉嘅Q彈,外層滷得唔錯,正到不得了! 雲吞肉餡彈牙得嚟鮮美,配上嗰啖啖有勁嘅麵,可以講得上係完美搭檔。湯底嘅嘢,嘩,清甜帶點微辣,着實提升咗整體滋味。真係好想大叫一聲:太正喇!真心推介比大家,下次又想再嚟試吓其它嘢,希望都有驚喜咁。找到呢家小店,係無意中嘅驚喜,真係「食在好味」啊😋👌🏻! continue reading

住咗喺荃灣咁耐每次去香車街時都係大排檔或者老闆娘米線,車仔麵多!咁你見到人哋話呢度有好好飲嘅奶茶,咁就同男朋友一齊過嚟搵食,去到原來奶茶係冇嘅係隔離舖頭叫,一坐低有個好親切嘅姐姐話佢哋剩係得四種食品,鳳爪、牛腩、雪菜肉絲、雲吞,然後我就揀咗鳳爪牛腩麵,男朋友就咁雲吞麵,嚟到嘅時候冇乜特別份量不多,大部份食客都睇得出係熟客,食落去其實真係冇乜特別,跟住加咗啲醋同埋辣椒油就覺得好食咗,環境欠奉人情味濃!兩碗嘢加埋80幾蚊冇嘢飲,招牌寫住有分大細嘅面,但係我哋兩碗面都好細碗我問佢帶嘅意思佢話多一個餸就等於大,即係兩個餸就48,所以男仔可能要特別叫佢加面底如果唔係就會以為大等於面底多,如果想體驗下舊式嘅茶水檔可以試吓,佢隔離幾個鋪位嘅車仔麵店好食好多 continue reading

叫左碗絲爪面($46)有兩隻鳳爪幾大隻 味道冇色水咁重 唔算話好入味 食落同一般茶樓鳳爪係好唔同 偏向咸同新鮮 值得試我最中意係榨菜肉絲面 湯底鮮甜 估唔到用咩煲 順喉 榨菜唔係包裝個種辣又重鹽 反而係保留到爽脆清甜既口感 同冇豬騷味既肉絲好夾 面又係特別 唔似一般上海面粉 粉感輕啲 彈牙啲 另外大食既可能要叫大碗整體來講 係碗家常用心的面 食完有種意猶未盡 排檔係舊街市地下上一層 舊舊地 但枱櫈干淨 夏天會焗焗地 但感覺就係有種安心 可能係小時候類近既回憶 continue reading
