最吸引係燶叉油雞,再加埋佢哋嘅咖喱汁你明嘅就會明脆脆地又少少肥,野性既晏晝嚟食,件頭又大,價錢實惠位就先到先得嘅,始終係熟食中心但老闆娘超級好人,拜神喜慶,仲有得做埋乳豬全體,你肯去鵝頸街市發掘呢啲餐廳,其實驚喜仲多過喺街度食早啲去,冇咁多人嘅時候,同老闆娘講雞髀同埋燶叉燒,一般都可以俾到你配埋佢哋自己整嘅咖喱汁,再多飯同燒味係出奇地夾好多人都係食落,變咗熟客會再encore總之係出色啦,你哋去試吓就知完

見到谷友話正,即刻衝去試試。先講咖哩 本身面頭啲咖哩係好香濃,好抵讚。但食咗兩啖一夾起裡面舊蘿蔔,碗底就有啲湯湧上來,因為佢咖哩汁都少,即刻沖淡晒,陰功!😢牛腩方面就一半半,有一半係帶肥或者帶筋嘅好食,另一半係柴皮瘦腩,攝牙罅就靠晒佢😆。不過唔係全部柴皮瘦就算啦。個例湯就幾好,飲到材料嘅味,唔係有味水。整體來講可以嘅,好順路經過先會再食嗰隻。建議商家換個大小小嘅碗,咖哩汁多翻啲。$55加汽水$7蚊共$62。熟食中心就唔平了。

一黎到吳係特別香
入口等左一下就feel到香料味
碗仔望就吳多料
但食落都幾多肉
試到一件羊肉連骨
幾滑彈牙
食完就feel到咖喱既辣既出

叉燒就原本無得➕$10(至少$20)
所以位置就不太好
就吳講啦

經常會周圍試全港各區燒味飯,特別是港島區,因為自己返工喺呢度所以經常去試,呢一間真係冇得輸因為佢同最名貴嘅燒味店相比一點都不輸蝕,仲有價錢貼地,老實經營值得肯定。第二就係價錢唔貴之餘分量仲要做足,這一點相當難得,並冇偷雞扣起一嚿半嚿。鵝肉嫩滑皮薄另外仲試埋佢哋燒肉同叉燒都係一絕。

來銅鑼灣辦事,事畢正好飯點,就順道去鵝頸橋街市吃飯。平時較常吃旁邊惠記的燒鴨飯,今天決定換個口味,試試海記。嗚呼哀哉,錯誤的決定。叫了燒鴨飯,上菜一看呆了。別家燒鴨飯一般七八塊肉,塊塊有肉。海記一盤飯上就三塊肉,另外五六塊鴨皮連骨頭(皮跟骨頭之間就只有皮下那層油)不知道要吃什麼。鴨肉太少已是致命缺點,可惜味道還過鹹,飯上都殘留填鴨用的鹽。。。匆匆扒完,埋單走人。花錢學教訓。下回想吃燒鴨還是乖乖去惠記。

海記以燒鴨聞名,份量多味道好,不過燒鴨無脆皮效果,但肉質juicy,而且皮下脂肪唔厚,點上酸梅醬依然好味。大排檔碟頭飯十足地盤佬飯大大碟,如果唔係地盤佬胃囗,可以叫「扣底」唔好浪費食物!
