Always like simple dishes, as good ingredients doesn’t need fancy sauce and cooking method. It should taste best cooked simple. Not a fan of eating organs, so I picked the beef brisket and tendons with traditional Chiu chow noodle while my friend picked the pork organs with noodle which this place is famous for and it turns out very good. She love the soup base it’s peppery sweet and clear, they give a very generous amount of the organs with the price they charging for. As for mine, beef brisket is soft but tendon is a bit too chewy to my taste. The noodle is very soft and filling.


Overall it’s nice n good value, but I wouldn’t come again if it needs queuing

係西營盤呢頭返工已經返左一段日子,一直聽聞有一間好出名的潮州粉麵店,但每次經過都好多人係門口排隊,所以成日都食唔成。究竟咁出名嘅潮州人,吸引咁多人排隊,係咪真係咁好食先?終於,今日落比較大雨,冇乜人等位,可以有幸一試!食物:潮州人主要食豬雜,冇理由唔叫來試下,我叫左碗蝴蝶腩併豬黃喉米粉,雙併成恵$36,而三併都只係$41,加凍飲都係$8,都真係幾低食!豬黃喉拼蝴蝶腩米粉 $36 $36雙併呢個價錢真係冇得輸,而且無論係粉麵或者餸菜嘅份量都好大。不過可惜味道冇期待咁好食,有點兒名過於實,蝴蝶腩較韌,而且冇乜味道,反而豬黃喉幾爽口, 湯底方面亦比較普通,味道較淡。老實講,如果咁嘅質素一定唔會吸引到我去排隊,但可能今次叫唔啱餸啦,不過咁平嘅價錢,下次再試下或者就咁當食飽個肚都冇壞嘅!

$36雙併呢個價錢真係冇得輸,而且無論係粉麵或者餸菜嘅份量都好大。不過可惜味道冇期待咁好食,有點兒名過於實,蝴蝶腩較韌,而且冇乜味道,反而豬黃喉幾爽口, 湯底方面亦比較普通,味道較淡。

老實講,如果咁嘅質素一定唔會吸引到我去排隊,但可能今次叫唔啱餸啦,不過咁平嘅價錢,下次再試下或者就咁當食飽個肚都冇壞嘅!

今日介紹嚟間舖係我逢星期六必去嘅地方(咁寫得都知我有幾愛佢😘), 因為佢每日都係5點收檔,啲好嘢都係中午前賣哂🤷🏻‍♀️,所以只可以一星期食到一次😋我嘅心水推介係牛肉(新鮮,有牛味,一啲都唔鞋),牛栢葉(乾淨,爽口,唔係度度有得食),生腸 (好小機會食到,餐牌上都無,要問下店員至知🤫) , 其次黃喉,天梯,墨魚丸無都好鐘意🥳P.S. 湯底乜都唔好落,好正好好味。記得拎返隻碟仔裝魚露同辣椒油就perfect la 😋

星期六的中午,晴,朋友忽然之間心血來潮,提議去西營盤,品嚐久違並馳名的豬什,難得朋友願意開車去港島,我當然二話不說,馬上出發! 從沙田開車出發,經過尖山和西隧向西營盤方向出口,不到3分鐘即達。港島泊車比較難,如非必要,還是建議Uber出行! 一抵達門口,有一條短短的人龍,店員正親切的招呼著,還看見有位司機大哥停在店外,開著車門乘著涼風,手捧著熱燙的豬什粉,愜意非常!雖然是下午2點,但豬黃喉、牛百葉等名物早而售罄,天梯更是難上加難,菜單上是沒有寫出來,只有熟客才知道箇中秘密!朋友和我早已知道大家的口味,二話不說直點「蝴蝶腩、豬粉腸、豬潤」米粉!蝴蝶腩肉質軟嫩而入味;豬粉腸和豬潤清洗十分乾淨且沒有任何異味,新鮮至極!不得不提,潮州人辣椒油更是老饕至愛,一個字,香!只要是粉麵愛好者,此辣椒油定必能讓你絕頂升天!
