🔎旺角長沙街2號地舖*「旺角高質串燒」- 燒烤堂.蜜糖燒淮山($18)雖然食過好多串燒店,但真係第一次試淮山。原來係勁好食,初頭食食落硬硬哋,跟著你會feel到好爽好有口感。焦糖青蘋果鵝肝多士($78)鵝肝大家食唔少,但夾埋青蘋果食都係第一次。感覺好fresh,再加上個鵝肝超大舊超多汁,係咁滴落嚟,好味指數絕對爆燈。惹味手切雞腎($18)呢個我覺得麻麻,原因太難咬,好韌。但個味唔錯,好惹味,好香。惹味豬大腸($22) 呢到嘅豬大腸係我見過唔會縮水同有咬口。呢到嘅調味都係好好,唔會好咸,剛剛好。🍽8.5/10
