日本直送北海道元貝,每隻元貝都大大粒,每粒差唔多有1.5 cm厚啊,上面鋪上經調味過的蒜蓉牛油,大概燒6至8分鐘就食得㗎啦,眼見新鮮嘅元貝汁邊燒邊滲出來,滾動滾動咁,視覺上真的很治癒哦!元貝入口爽甜彈牙,其中的鮮元貝汁和加上濃郁的鹽蒜味,混合起來超級惹味的湯汁呀!平時單點要$35/隻,依家只是$98就可以任食,食四隻都已經回晒本有多啦,而我最後總共食咗八隻啊,真係會賺哂喇! 

🔮明太子湯烏冬伴月見
烏冬上面鋪滿咗紫菜,蔥花,飯素,鮮明太子和日本溫泉蛋,廚師特登只加入三份一碗滿的高湯,係想客人將蛋汁,明太子和其他配料撈勻之後,烏冬都可以均勻地吸收晒蛋汁和明太子的味道,造成質掛汁的效果,烏冬入口非常煙靭,明太子蛋汁入口亦10分鮮香微辣惹味,而且仲要只係$58一碗,份量十足,銅鑼灣嚟講,價錢真係好抵呀!

笑死🤣作為快樂「深宵」吃貨~~晚間有平平 又怎能錯過HAHAHAHA(這家8:30後大部分$$20元起😆厚牛舌(宵夜) $78真的好厚!!烤的時間不用太長 一下下變色後 就可以😌吃了一進口咬口超好~~具彈性 油脂又香(是份會和大家爭吃的一份~💗A5肩胛赤身(宵夜)$88烤好後直接入口~不用沾醬 味道也已經足夠香濃了😋有多幾塊就好了~薄豬腩(宵夜)$48已經沾好了店家的特製醬汁 也是份烤好後直接入口的肉😚油脂非常足夠 大家點了這份的話也要點「殿堂玉子飯」一起吃 完美~牛油鹽蒜元貝 (2隻) $58(後來才知道!!跟餐每人+$98就可以90分鐘內任食元貝!!你們看!!還超大顆的😆又不腥 而且可以配我們的飯和烏冬吃~(個人自動升級海鮮🦞烏冬 哈哈 (自己說殿堂玉子飯 $38之前已經試過幾家日式烤肉店 邊烤肉邊配飯 真的超搭~~而且這家偏濕潤 每口肉都會想和他們家的「殿堂玉子飯」一超吃明太子撈烏冬伴月見 $48烏冬Q彈富彈性 喜歡💕明太子和小小魚乾們 香香又不過濃湯沒很多 但所調的味道就已經很夠濃刺身和牛他他 $178另一半對這份讚不絕口 變成全晚的焦點~~蛋黃新鮮又夠香 用輕烤過的紫菜包著拌
