今日同老闆同事3人再拜訪發記。又係熱檸蜜,5駛加錢嘅幸福。老闆叫左個炒飯。炒得好香好有穫氣。加埋啲菜絲菜粒。肉丁同午餐肉帶到個飯好有肉香。又染埋色! 每啖都爽脆,軟口肉質,加靚飯粒什錦烏冬好油,而且啲烏冬好碎,個什錦胖左洋葱片,葱絲,芽菜火腿片,蝦仁,啲餸同烏冬好入味,夠咸好鮮,唯獨是太油要扣分。至於另個,肉片炒米,米粉乾身入味兼好香,加埋青葱同芽菜,帶點蔬菜得黎又爽口,肉片就略微煮久了,應該生一點

什錦烏冬好油,而且啲烏冬好碎,
個什錦胖左洋葱片,葱絲,芽菜火腿片,蝦仁,啲餸同烏冬好入味,夠咸好鮮,唯獨是太油要扣分。

今日少可地跟同事出去食飯,事關今晚仲要練歌,5食中間個餐會死跟佢地去左街市間發記,我好似第1次知發記除左粥麵仲有炒粉類,見到是日餐單竟然有個炒瀨粉,緊係叫黎試下喇碟粉好似韓式炒粉絲,其實佢地嘅都質係幾似嘅,大家都係透明都係粗身圓條,瀨粉吸哂d豉油之後染成啡色,但又5係好咸,不過都幾油下,算啦廚房佬多數大大口油咁炒!叉燒無切成絲,一舊舊咁撈入去炒夠哂火侯!味道方面呢 個麵條乾身得黎5會好淋,仲有少許彈牙,無左瀨粉滑得滯既感覺,筷子夾得起,又好味,5係5滑只係5"線"水,加埋肥瘦看得見的叉燒,肉味香濃,燒得5錯,咸味叉燒帶動了整碟粉嘅香氣味!師傅好手勢!加埋熬檸蜜5駛加錢檸檬夠新鮮~

肉味香濃,燒得5錯,咸味叉燒帶動了整碟粉嘅香氣味!
