大半夜也吃上了🌚大墨鱼🦑我最爱的还是这一口,脆糯嚼劲也不带一丝膻味,每嚼一下Q弹的大墨鱼就仿佛在和牙齿做对抗,弹的格外有劲🦷大生肠意外的新鲜,吃起来又是种脆爽的口感,配上酱香浓郁的秘制芥末酱,上头的瞬间有迸发出肉质的鲜甜🌶️🌸感觉他们家跟肥姐差不多一个味,不过他们家不用排队,价格也一样,可以冲! continue reading

今日經過尖沙咀厚福街,就試吓呢一間朋友介紹嘅小食,大概下晝五點去到都幾多人排隊,冇諗過呢一個情況,由於夜晚要喺附近happy hour, 所以我哋都食少少,試吓係咪真係咁出名!✔️墨魚,非常爽口而且凍冰冰嘅口感幾好食加埋甜醬同埋芥辣醬,非常適合夏天嘅小食,而且佢哋兩個醬汁溝埋係非常地夾,墨魚新鮮非常爽脆,非常鍾意食佢嘅魷魚!✔️生腸亦都做得非常乾淨,冇任何內臟嘅異味,整體發揮我覺得都唔錯,成個套餐都唔算好貴,$30有三款唔同嘅食物! continue reading

食完鬼金棒日式譚仔麻辣拉麵唔夠飽,專程行去肥仔度補補倉。見係附近又撞啱唔洗排隊就朝一朝聖吧,肥媽個肥仔第三代?甜醬芥辣仙女散花是但求其唧?謝檸檬瘋未傳人?唔夠大埔永利兩個後生仔有美學有耐性有熱誠續串續串細心地用掃平均鋪滿每粒滷水!成敗睇細節。整體質素味道都只係普普通通,不過不失一試無妨,香港米紙年?叫幾串都已經$80蚊,阿嬸sell我話買夠$100蚊送個盒?咩盒咁巴閉呢?無所謂就買夠$100蚊。原來只係普通膠盒。畫蛇添足拆晒出無竹簽串住,另外比獨立包裝甜醬及芥辣自己唧落膠盒一篤二篤點黎食,而浸係底浸住豉油既食物勁咸!其實要一串串續串續串輕掃薄薄豉油再平均搽滿甜醬芥辣,味道平衡先會好味架!浪費了。真係好討厭求那其唧上甜醬芥辣極之唔平均,依舊勁多甜醬幾乎芥辣!依舊勁多芥辣無甜醬、另外舊得醬油咸到死乜醬都無!我食開大埔間永利兩個後生仔真係用掃續串掃上薄薄一層芥辣一層甜醬,這些才是有誠意。雞腳,薄薄雞皮、爽爽腳皮,仲有趙唔到的白筋,真心無肉食,只損其腳趾咸味過下口癮。大生腸,腸壁厚而爽帶咸鮮,越食越過癮。墨魚,非常入味,嚥嚥韌韌帶墨魚鮮。火雞腎,厚身帶硬未夠爽甜。豬耳,硬硬不膠彈不爽脆,給多一點牙力吧﹗豬脷,綿綿軟塾入味多汁。生腸花,細細粒造型特別,整粒入口爆汁甜爽脆。細生腸,比大生腸美味,滑溜彈牙入味可口。 continue reading

《$15 大墨魚》《$15 大生腸》旺角肥姐小食店就出哂名,尖沙咀肥仔聽聞係肥姐個仔開既,仲入選過「米芝蓮地道小食推介」,經過梗係要整番串過下口癮啦。當日去到大約晚上9點幾,好多受歡迎既商品都已經賣哂,但客人仍然絡繹不絕。今次就試大墨魚同大生腸,墨魚同生腸都超彈牙爽口,但就咁食就冇咩味,味道來源主要來自甜醬同芥末,特別一讚佢個芥末醬,食起黎好清爽而且刺激味蕾,但又唔會太攻,令人回味無窮。人均消費:under $50環境:6/10食物:8/10服務:6/10性價比:8/10整體:7.5/10 continue reading
