喺偉大嘅特區領導班子帶領我哋抗疫之下,其他區我吾知,大角嘴就大約一半店鋪冇開門,不過要返工既始終要返,午餐始終要食,今日就去到大全街既人氣店《聚小館》試吓佢。之前新開,又上報紙又上雜誌,午市坐無虛席;今日受疫情影響,僅兩三枱入坐,不過堂食外,也有不少客戶外賣。點了《招牌魔鬼炒飯》,聽見師傅大火炒熱上;全黑色,豆豉未入豆先有香味,一入口好重罐頭豆豉鯪魚味!哈哈!細心了解一下,呢個魔鬼當然有豆豉,有鹹魚,亦有細紅辣椒切粒,肉碎加強辣味同口感。師傅手勢好,飯粒炒得均勻入味;平時單店呢碟野係咸既,有杯頗酸既烏梅茶平衡番又好左啲啲。呢碟炒,係口淡淡既時候,重口味之選。總結:特別既,不過下次反而想試吓《西施泡飯》又或者《福建炒飯》先可以同其他店公平比較。 continue reading

聚小館 係大角咀馬會附近有間小店,雖然店內裝潢同一般茶餐廳分別不大,但餐牌上有有不少特色小菜,我今日就路經大角咀,決定一試特色。入去時係午市,餐牌上好多選擇,店員定唔知係老細走埋黎推薦兩個餐,分別係黑松露北海道元貝讚歧烏冬同龍蝦湯西施泡飯。黑松露北海道元貝讚歧烏冬先講個烏冬,湯底夠味,但唔係特別濃郁,清清地,配料都係一啲野菌類,而主角之一元貝唔係特別大顆,數量亦不多,烏冬就因為係讚歧既,口感有彈牙感覺,尚可,有啲餐廳會煮得過火引致太軟,分量一般,男仔食一個可能會唔夠飽肚,呢個整體三粒星。🌠🌠🌠龍蝦湯西施泡飯呢個店員話主角係個湯,配料無太大特色同沖擊,就主要係一啲肉碎同飯焦,店員上菜時將飯焦全鬥進煲飯入面,有視覺沖擊,「炸」一聲💥💥的而且確,個湯係感覺好有龍蝦味道,真材實料,但同西餐飲既龍蝦湯有分別,就係呢個湯不稠既,比較稀,可能因為中西式煮法分別,但缺點真係配料上十分單調,建議可以加啲海鮮例如魷魚、蝦、青口、蠔仔等,豐富個飯,整體三星半分。✅✅✅☑️ continue reading
