上個星期日食過! 冇留下樓主講過咁差, 如果要食山珍海味, 呢間就唔啱你哋 我想食 懷舊嘅味道 而家真係好小食到, 佢嘅味道 南乳味好重但係又唔覺得好咸, 起碼唔會 食完係咁飲水, 最鍾意食佢嘅腩肉有啲肥肉好食啲, 豬肉汁都好香,冬菇都好大隻 門鱔乾都好食 但係好多骨 食要小心啲, 我哋叫咗一個大盆 十個人都食唔曬, 份量都好多 掛住食唔記得影相! 整體都唔差👍, 我個人喜好 唔係好鍾意食嗰啲 新式嘅盆菜😅 有龍蝦 帝王蟹嗰啲 嗰啲味精好重 食完係咁飲水🤣🤣🤣 continue reading

未試過咁難食既盆菜,簡直不知所謂又貴又難食(屋企人訂的)咁既價錢大把選擇成煲野無鮑魚,無瑤柱,無花膠,無鵝掌,無海參,無蠔豉髮菜,豬手都無最貴材料得雞同蝦,12人份量賣$1400,咁既價錢大把選擇,而且至少都應該有鮑魚貴都算啦,最慘係連d雞都鞋,蝦又唔新鮮「梅」,d腩肉又炆到梅梅爛爛咁⋯低下一大堆白蘿蔔⋯好彩當日訂左兩個盆菜,另一個有齊鮑魚、花膠、海參、鵝掌、蠔豉、豬手、鹵水鵝,雞、蝦⋯8人份量都只係$1080⋯⋯最怕貨比貨 continue reading

小編唔係第一次食盤菜,食過其他盆菜,味道都唔會咁差,當時我仲未成為食評家,今年年頭食過旺角某間餐廳盤菜!味道好好食!今次有人請我入元朗國,間有幾出名。以為有幾高質,真係比埋曬d咁既野比客人!最基本雞,我唔係話要咩走地雞、嘉美雞、最低限度起碼要放得落口咬得到!雞肉孩過擦子膠。咬唔到,真係俾啲咁嘅客人,唔好啦!啲腐竹又冇味,好似求其咁碌兩碌就上碟咁,真係令人唔想食!蘿蔔又苦!蝦又一啲都唔新鮮,我去宜家傢俬買d蝦好過佢!上次食嗰間盆菜新鮮過佢!人哋又乾瑤柱,又有西蘭花,咁大個盆菜,整到咁,執咗都唔可惜!唔明啲人成日話呢間有幾好食!完全唔見得!市區啲盆菜仲好食過佢!直頭可以比零分 continue reading

好味指數😋😋回頭指數⭐️⭐️開心指數🤗🤗新年最啱大伙兒食嘅梗係盤菜啦... 今次試咗元朗國嘅輝記盤菜!大盤菜(12人 / $1,698)呢個盤菜有10種食物:1)貴妃雞(1隻)2)8頭鮑魚(12隻)3)豉油皇大蝦 4)家鄉炆扣肉 5)蠔炆豆卜 6)醬汁豬皮 7)蠔油支竹 8)美味魚旦 9)蠔油花菇 10)清甜蘿蔔盤菜打開時勁開心,真係好大盤,見到鮑魚、蝦、花菇都幾大隻,好足料!可惜有隻雞原來係勁中伏😖😋好味推界😋No.1: 家鄉炆扣肉,呢個真係超級好食,扣肉一層肥肉一層肉咁,好淋個汁好味又入味,全部人都大讚👍🏼No.2:醬汁豬皮,又係因為個汁,入味到爆燈,一咬落去豬皮少少爽又有汁飛出嚟,正呀😋🤢中伏之作🤢No.1: 貴妃雞真係超中伏,因為冇咩味之餘,隻雞係嚡到不能,接近咬唔開嘅程度,真係牙力大考驗,完全難食到不能接受嘅地步😖No.2: 清甜蘿蔔係一D都唔入味,又唔清甜,有D硬仲要有根,好失望!😞整體上只有尚可程度,性價比唔高,咁樣嘅價錢可以有更好選擇....其實佢嘅汁係幾好味,所有用汁整嘅都幾出色,不過佢唔會俾多D汁你(因為有D盤菜係跟多支汁),我哋問佢,佢係話唔使再俾,但其實去到中段都未到就唔夠汁,落水就淡咗好多! continue reading

農曆新年時間,仍然住喺大埔圍頭啲長輩級屋企人就叫咗盆菜到會嚟食,雖然年年都會係咁樣做,但係都唔會覺悶,因為都總有意義嘅。之所以要食盆菜就係因為方便大家一班人圍住嚟食,家陣的盆菜乜嘢奇形怪狀嘅食物都有,用古靈精怪嚟形容就係最貼切不過但係我哋呢啲傳統嘅盆菜就係有傳統嘅食材,支竹、蘿蔔、豬皮、生菜、芋頭、冬菇、魚旦、發菜、蠔豉、腩肉、雞、蝦、呢啲食材都係缺一不可 ; 味道好唔好食係其次,最重要就係夠好意頭。盆菜好簡單,但係製作就複雜而且最緊要係用心去做,呢一間嘅盆菜就做得唔錯,因為啲腩肉同芋頭都好入味,豬皮又夠淋又入味。好食。 continue reading
