好難得我會稱讚農作物,但佢嘅鑊氣同味道都係值得我嘅稱讚嘅。跟住係 $65 嘅「醉豬手」,都係一般,同其他店嘅豬手比較係顯得比較多骨。「椒鹽鮮魷」要 $96,漏咗單不過我哋都等,係值得等嘅,因為食落真係唔錯。

夜媽媽同另一半去東區搵嘢食,佢話要食D有湯的、暖立立的。見而家天氣涼爽,所以就決定試下街邊的呢檔金樂軒。去到的時候已經晚上10點,但都差不多座無虛席!他們主打做雞煲同買小炒,但因為天氣開始凍,所以叫左個胡椒豬肚雞煲,食完成身暖曬。但居然沒有蘿蔔,換了做玉米🌽,配搭上怪左啲,但食起來都唔錯!雖然價錢喺呢個地區都算唔平,半個煲都要收$188,但質素都有番咁上下,值得推薦👍如果夏天就真係唔會坐出面了...

麻辣雞煲先上,老闆也很貼心,緊記煲滾先好食。雞煲配菜也很多,味道也不錯,帶點點麻辣,但又不是太麻太辣,啲汁佈滿每件雞,啲雞又夠滑,又入味,餸飯最好不過。我們食了一半時再加上西洋菜把汁吸收,啲汁滲入菜裡😍😍😍

媽咪話要中秋係金樂軒做節,甘一開個openrice見到個雞煲最出名,我地一行十二人一共叫左兩個雞煲,再加左幾個小菜,例如皮蛋,肥腸,羊肉,炒蜆,水煮魚,燒茄子,四季豆,京都骨,全部都非常鹹!係極之鹹!好鬼重味精,我地一家食完返到屋企勁飲水至零晨。講返個出名雞煲先,係有好多件雞,但就差唔多全部冇肉,勁多皮包骨,狗先可以食骨囉!我地就好不滿啦!同佢地投訴,佢地個類似老闆話,冇可能!冇理由喎!完全唔理,不了了之甘走開唔理我地。我地一路食既時侯,不停見到D曱甴仔爬來爬去,之後我入去經過佢地個廚房,好鬼dirty!見到有D雞就甘掛在後面,有D雞又就甘放在地下,好恐怖!食完走去埋單,個伙計又計多左成百蚊,好彩我地有check下張單者!呢餐飯真係食到一肚氣!激死!

終於來到真冬天,天氣一冷,就想吃雞煲暖暖身體。在柴灣讀書和到柴灣的教會這麼多年,也沒有試過這間雞煲,小菜店。一來到,老闆就給了我們溫水,好讓我們暖暖身體。我們先點了半隻雞煲我們先點了bb辣,怕太辣吃不了,但發現bb辣與無辣的分別無異。我們便叫了老闆加辣😂加了辣後,真的美味得多👍雞件吃得差不多後,就叫老闆加湯打邊爐。快吃完才記得拍照😭我們叫了生菜,魚皮餃,絲和響鈴,響鈴十分美味,但得一推,其他普通,而份量也不少。吃雞煲當然要喝啤酒我們看見有apple cider 就問老闆多少錢,老闆說是老闆娘私人的,但他說我們喝完森堡就送一枝,真的很友善。雞煲味道不錯,重點是老闆很友善、風趣,常常與我們談天。店內看見很多熟友,而我也願意再到成為熟客!

我們看見有apple cider 就問老闆多少錢,老闆說是老闆娘私人的,但他說我們喝完森堡就送一枝,真的很友善。
雞煲味道不錯,重點是老闆很友善、風趣,常常與我們談天。

柴灣有好多小食,但吸引唔到我,最近新開左一間食四川菜既,成個柴灣都無一間係呢類菜,就比較突出啦,梗係去試下啦!星期日只開晚飯,我地一行 6 人大約 6:30pm 到,未滿坐,店舖小小,大約 6-7 台。炒蜆普通,都好味,但有多隻無肉 雞絲粉皮當然清淡無味,一定要靠麻醬,呢個麻醬好味呀!白切肉,好大雪味呀! 接受唔到囉!水煮魚,我地要求小辣,魚普通新鮮,味道都係普通,無咩吸引,要求唔高都食得過,因為細佬係大陸食過,有得比較,所以佢唔滿意,但我接受喎。羊肉片,味濃,羊肉有騷味,我地個個都鐘意,越騷越好!燒茄子,有小許肉,味道普通。干燒四季豆,炒得香,有獲氣薑蔥炒田雞,田雞肉唔新鮮,而且肉質好鞋實,無鮮味,差!京都骨,唔知係咪四川人唔識整京都骨架呢!完全唔同出面果種,唔好味!奇味雞,我之前無食過,唔知係咪咁,總之我覺得無咩特別,味道普通。總括食物味濃,味道普通。我地走時大約 7:30pm 原來外面已經有好多人係度等位,係柴灣道一帶好少見咁既情況,都係獨市生意原因,而且甚都好食過週圍既食店。

得悉此處開了新店,故與家人來試試。晚飯時間差不多坐滿人,幸好也不用等位。三個人,叫了四個餸、兩碗白飯及一支啤酒。尖椒炒腩片 ($48):每片腩片都是一半肥膏一半肉,吃了兩片肉的部份,感覺是瘦而不鞋口,還算不俗。青椒爽口,但不敢試尖椒,因為不知是否很辣。豉椒炒蜆 ($45):十分大碟,炒得香,豉椒汁帶辣味,很香也很野味。蜆肉沒有沙,好味!啫啫雞煲 ($55):份量多,很多薑和蒜,所以很香,不過雞頗多骨。汁料是一貫那種味道(生油/老油),不太鹹,還算可以。金銀蛋浸白菜仔 ($42):份量十分多,尤其金銀蛋的份量是少有的那麼多。白菜仔焾甜,湯地不鹹,清淡好味的餸菜。白飯 x2 ($14)啤酒 ($22)埋單$226,不用加一,價錢合理。食物好味,份量多(我們吃剩了一碗飯~),上菜速度也算快,職員友善。地方細小,但整潔。整體十分不錯呢!
