在元朗住了將近25年,一路見著元朗的轉變。自從西鐵通車後,新屋苑越來越多,尤其是近朗屏站一帶比以前繁華了不少,食肆林立。 嗰日行過朗8,抬頭見到壽桃牌工廠大廈內開了間新酒樓,那當然拉老公去試下啦!😄😄😄💢入到酒樓見到魚缸,海鮮少不了,可惜我得2個人,吃得到那麽多,唯有叫兩三個小菜😁😁😁💢鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉 HK$128超水準的咕嚕肉,皮脆肉嫩,原來她們是用了豬頸肉,所以口感都Keep住脆口。再加上個汁的酸甜味調教得啱啱好,不會太甜或太酸。菠蘿也是用新鮮菠蘿,好甜好flash,正!👍👍👍💢 薑蔥台山桶蠔煲 HK$188蠔本身很新鮮,雖然蠔的size不是很大隻,但勝在蠔味十足,非常鮮味!再加上超夠鑊氣的做法,提升了薑蔥的香氣令整個煲都非常香非常好食!😋😋💢 雲耳勝瓜煮魚肚 HK$118勝瓜和魚肚吸收了上湯的鮮甜,一點都不油膩,清清哋,感覺清新可口!👍👍💢甜品: 椰汁馬豆糕+ 桂花杞子糕馬豆糕椰汁味香濃,口感絲滑。 😋😋桂花杞子糕,不會太甜,帶有桂花的香味!😋😋酒家還有2間特色房間設於室外,設計特別,好似太空倉😂😂。 兩間房都有獨立冷氣,所以夏天都不會感到熱!

今日近近地想西鐵站附近搵食,原來朗屏8號隔離開左間酒樓,唔係好起眼,但原來都唔錯。兩個人點左個酥炸桶蠔,椒鹽鮮魷,淮山豬肚雞煲,搭個白飯岩岩好。酥炸桶蠔炸蠔都係出街食先好食,自己炸唔到呢啲水準,炸得好鬆化,蠔又夠鮮甜,點啲醋就更正。椒鹽鮮魷估佢唔到用咁厚既鮮魷,大大塊又厚肉,好鮮味淮山豬肚雞煲呢個清淡一點,但材料新鮮,豬肚都處理得好乾淨,上菜時仲熱辣辣原來每張枱仲有甜品同糖水,而家真係好少酒樓會有啦,有桂花糕同馬豆糕,仲有紅豆沙,仲要係好味個隻,真係要讚一讚。佢餐牌仲有唔同晚飯孖寶,不過兩個人食就太多,岩多啲人一齊食。
