下午6時一行四人由青衣機䥫站轉乘308 m專缐小巴,經新汀九橋,約20分鐘車程到達深井碧堤半島站下車,步行5分鐘到達深井陳記燒鵝海鮮酒家(商業中心),很快坐下,點了一個焼鵝(半隻),蒸海石斑及羌葱炒蟹套餐,椒絲腐乳通菜,海鮮冬瓜盅及一碟瑤柱蛋白炒飯。一會兒來了冬瓜盅及焼鵝,冬瓜盅材料十足,有瑤柱、金華火腿、𧎚干、冬菇、蓮子、瘦肉粒和魚粒等,清甜可口。至於芬香撲鼻的燒鵝,肉質幼嫩,皮香脆口,轉眼之間已所剩無幾。跟著又來一味羌葱炒蟹🦀🦀🦀,火喉十足美味。另外蒸海斑🐟🐟🐟亦有一手,恰當好處,鮮味可口。加上幼嫩的通菜和香口乾炒的瑤柱蛋白炒飯,飽肚後到海濱長廊欣賞青馬大橋一帶的夜景,另這頓晚餐更感滿足。

眾所皆知深井出名食燒鵝,今次去深井食陳記燒鵝。深井有好多燒鵝店,今次就去試大名鼎鼎嘅陳記燒鵝。陳記燒鵝係深井有兩間店,比較多人去嘅係有露天分店。不過我今次就去試大名鼎鼎嘅陳記總店。由於我因為工作OT關係, 差唔多八點先去到。總店門口有人代客泊車,然後有人帶你入去, 待應服務好好。可能因為八點多過了最多人食飯時間,所以唔係好多人。今次特意來到當然要點大名鼎鼎陳記燒鵝,然後有燒蜜汁叉燒, 竹笙魚肚浸節瓜同薑蔥魚雲煲。陳記燒鵝真係冇揀錯,一食落去皮脆肉嫩真係名不虛傳。原來佢嘅叉燒亦係驚為天人,佑吾到會咁好食, 真係出邊好少食到咁好食嘅燒鵝同叉燒。不過可惜個薑蔥魚雲煲啲魚雲好小同好多碎骨, 有少少失望。總括來説如果我想食燒鵝同叉燒真係要來深井陳記一趟👍。

今日荃灣行山,行完出返深井。黎到深井一定要食燒鵝啦,唔係講笑行幾步好似就見到陳記咁,所以無咩選擇下就入去試下。由於已經傍晚所以無哂粉麵得返例牌,都試下啦一場黎到。點知。。。整體得幾舊係有肉食,而且好肥膩,皮又唔脆,十分敗筆。同朋友食完都好失望。價錢唔係平,但質素完全不行。希望可以好好咁改善下,唔係出名了就唔駛理質素的。

4個為食鬼去完廸廸尼,就順便揸車黎深井食飯💕💕先黎半隻燒鵝,皮係脆嘅,可惜肥膏較多,而且食到底層,發現好多都只係骨頭,無肉食嘅😭😭有少少失望...再黎梅菜扣肉煲,肉質夠淋,肥膏同肉嘅比例各佔一半,用左生菜墊底,都幾好味,而且超多梅菜,送飯一流蒜蓉豆苗炒得比較乾身,生炒骨同椒鹽鮮魷都可以👍👍個人認為小菜部分做得幾好,反而燒鵝呢....真心有d失望,話哂係招牌菜嘛...希望係一時失手啦,期待下次更好表現。

我已相隔7,8年沒去过深井這地方,今次坐姐夫車一家人去吃燒鵝,我從車廂向外望……香港真轉變得好快……當我一見到嘉頓,這時我才知道到了深井,沒有這坐binding真的不應得深井已起了很多……很多住宅😍今次我們選擇去陳記,入坐後我們當然必点一隻燒鵝……及幾款小菜,等了一陣燒鵝及小菜好快送到……這時當然叫支啤酒……啤啤去🍻🍻,我們第一夾就是燒鵝,已急不及待去試,因為陳記是我第一次在深井吃,之前在荃灣……,這一夾燒鵝不夠熱,只有微暖……口感差D,味道……皮不是太脆,有点硬,鵝肉都有肉汁流出,但淡了一点,而燒鵝汁我覺得混了一些調味……例如豉油等一起煮,所以把燒鵝点汁一起吃雖然夠味,但带有鼓油味……麻麻地,另京葱醬爆牛肉,葱煮得太淋,失了葱香牛肉可以,另外椒盬九吐及椒鹽豆腐真麻麻……豆腐过硬,味道,今晚吃完又吃就是粟米魚肚,因為好夠熱,其他小菜味道都系一般,整體馳名燒鵝都不过不失雖然服務員少,但都可滿足到要求下次会再試

燒鵝飯 $52
咁好彩佢俾咗下庄😍勁開心呀
燒鵝皮燒得好脆,肉質都好腍🤟🏻油分好夠
但啲肉覺得唔夠入味,呢到要扣分🙈
飯睇落去都幾乾,好彩飯底下有啲燒鵝汁
唔係就真係食唔落😂整體都普普通通咁
如果專登入嚟食燒鵝嘅又會覺得唔係好值🤭

深井燒鵝電視廣告成日見,講左試好耐,今次終於坐言起行,中午時段去到,吾算太多人,比$30有得代客泊車,入到去好好彩有卡位,見到有午巿套餐,不過專程去到食燒鵝,梗係要叫番半隻啦!燒鵝吾會太肥,亦都好香,略嫌個皮吾夠脆,但係燒鵝加埋兩碗瀨粉,正!
