To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 返工經過呢頭呢度食嘢似乎冇咩選擇咁就食咗大快活。雖然大快活係連鎖快餐店，不過都能夠保持到各分店嘅質素。 呢個係門口，由於呢間餐廳位於公屋村，所以就算食飯時段都未必會好多人。基本上都唔使等位，坐都坐得幾舒服同埋唔會太嘈。相信大快活定時定候都會推廣唔同嘅新產品，今期應該係做白咖喱嘅推廣，不過今次冇試，睇吓有冇下次啦😂今次純粹食咗粟米肉粒飯（$39）至少都熱辣辣，同埋佢會有西蘭花成為配菜。比都市人可以出街食都食到蔬菜

四個人唔知食咩好，上網訂個盆菜食下，398六人份量，仲送紅豆沙，ok抵，咁試下😅。其實富山村舖租應該好平，唔係好明點解個舖都咁迫，排隊買飛同攞野食嘅人企埋一齊，出入囗又喺附近，樓底又矮🤦♀️，呢間舖要應付富山村，瓊山苑，瓊麗苑，瓊軒苑……仲未計新麗……真心好生意。攞到返屋企，打開個樣都幾靚😚，heat返熱，好貼心💕，原來煲底有個隔，唔會咁昜黐底👍。豬皮同蘿蔔都幾入味，豬手好稔，西蘭花個樣都幾靚，無變黃，鮑魚就麻麻，整體性價比算高👍，不過我地4個人食啱啱好，其實唔覺得係6人份量。

每逢星期四，#小秘書 都要出去做Aqua Aerobics ，所以呢日都唔例外。一早同媽咪講咗唔返去食飯， 點知又有阻滯，巨我唯有早啲返屋企。醒起媽咪可能冇為我安排餸菜，咁就走過去 #大快活 買個 #咖喱牛腩飯 外賣，同爸爸媽媽一齊分享。$51嘅外買飯盒，啲牛腩少到不得了，為咗等佢哋食多啲，我都唔敢夾餸，齋係撈啲咖喱汁都算😉 好在味道都唔錯，好送飯😅 不過門口收銀個姐姐仔就脾氣大左啲，講嘢比較粗魯啲，臨出門口比佢向經理嘅咆哮而嚇親🤣

支竹魚腩煲 $52一家人食晚飯，呢個支竹魚腩煲要讚一讚!好大份，支竹夠淋好入味， 魚腩冇乜骨好香!豉椒蒸排骨飯$44 包野飲排骨就唔掂，煮得太耐排骨好淋🤢而且得嗰幾粒肉，份量少。不過包杯野飲。杯熱奶茶救返佢。

大快活最近做緊特價茶餐, 之前呢個餐淨係配1珍寶腸， 而家新出咗可以揀春捲同或者3件炸雞塊 ，雞件大大塊炸得香口幾抵食。 另外食茶餐可以加錢要多個上海粗麵/米粉大大碗只係7蚊 ，唔太餓可以加碗仔翅只係$8.5 ，兩個人其實share呢個餐，埋單34蚊，抵到爛!
