To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點左個沙薑雞飯,以$50呢個價錢份量算足夠,有半隻雞左右,而且晚市有送餐服務,我都係第一次用呢個服務,感覺唔錯! 至於食物嘅味道,雞味偏淡,不過肉質可以,唔算太乾,沙薑亦夠香,而且雞夠熟,冇血水,亦冇過肥,整體算唔錯! 以平民餐,做街坊生意為主,咁既味道同價錢已經好好!

今晚去何文田找個朋友,又係食飯時段,就梗係要找野食啦。經過商埸二樓的大快活。約有7成食客。望到個餐牌,有我最喜歡的鐵板餐,結果叫咗個牛扒、雞扒及吉魚的鐵板餐,另配黑椒汁,又有迷你煙肉粟米飯,最後加杯凍奶茶,份量十足,保證飽肚。鐵板餐無想像中的熱辣辣,出煙的那款,但份量及味道還是可以接受,黑椒汁不是很濃味,但還是可以的,迷你煙肉粟米飯,份量只得一細碗,但都算幾好味。凍奶也夠冷凍及奶茶味幾濃。综合各方面,如果對食物是太高要求,這家食店還是可以的。

早餐點左即炸吉列豬扒加鮮茄腸片湯通粉,豬扒係幾大塊但唔係即炸,已經凍左又硬又乾爭爭一D肉汁都冇,個鮮茄通粉湯底ok,但通粉林晒食落粉粉地口感好差!因為號稱即炸成個餐要$36.5但根本唔係即炸直頭呃人!真係冇下次!

星期五食餐好,做好準備放假去。今日去左大快活買早餐,叫左個炒蛋脆皮腸餐($23.5)入面有炒滑蛋,2條脆皮腸,多士一塊再加一杯飲品滑蛋幾好味,仲有小小牛油香,脆皮腸唔會太咸,多士都厚厚地,又唔會好似放耐左咁,好新鮮,仲好脆,叫左杯華田,唔係太夠甜,可能係落唔夠味。不過20幾蚊一個早餐都係差唔多啦,還可以~
