To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 港式快餐是香港獨有的一種快餐文化，而香港三大快餐集團的大家樂、大快活和美心MX均是港式快餐的代表。首間大快活於1972年12月於荃灣眾安街開幕，目前集團在香港及中國已經營超過146間分店。大快活令人印象最深刻的，除了是首創快餐即磨咖啡，還有小丑舊商標，這個商標沿用了30年，目的是希望帶出活力的感覺，正正是迎合70年代至千禧年的年輕客群。不過，大快活多年來改革不多，直至2003年推出品牌的全新形象，除了裝潢換上鮮橙色，更設計「跳躍人形」的新商標，除了表示快活的意義之外，同時帶出世界大同的意思。餐廳將餐牌安裝在店舖牆上，落單可經收銀員服務，堂食可用桌上的QR Code手機點餐。付款取得收據後就可找空枱就座，當收據上的編號出現在取餐櫃枱的螢幕時就可以去取餐囉！晚市有送餐到枱服務，落單時收銀員會給予顧客一個感應器，顧客只需將感應器放在餐桌面的特定接觸貼紙上，服務生就會按數據將餐送到顧客桌前，非常方便及有效，值得讚賞！

忙了一大輪不想煮飯，是但找間食店醫肚，見商場有大快活，就點了皇牌焗豬扒飯堂食。記得很久前這飯是快餐界皇牌食物，無得輸！取了份餐，熱騰騰的👍🏻，打開見賣相和以前也差不多，不過塊豬扒薄左，有大骨頭🙄️，D飯5似有抄底，系爛飯，失望！奶茶系快餐店一般貨色無特別，皇牌豬扒焗飯回憶不再真可惜！

講真，食物真系一般般，但維持到快狠準的速度，最適合香港人的節奏，又入去落單到攞完外賣，15分鐘都唔使出返嚟，返到Office仲有45分鐘，算係咁啦，好食又稱唔上，不過不失咁啦！

返工時間去大快活買個早餐，點知買咗一肚氣拎完外賣返到Office打開，見到慘不忍睹既狀況。杯蓋無妗實，倒咗大半杯出嚟，都算，茶啫無所謂喇.點知最慘不忍睹既係，我塊吉列豬扒被茶水淹沒，成塊扒濕漉漉，一個字「衰」蕃茄通粉除左兩粒牛丸外，真係食唔落喇😫😫😫

I was looking for a quick dinner with a few of my friends yesterday night and we spotted this restaurant. The service there was awesome to say the least. Although the environment might not be the most luxurious, it was comfortable and quiet enough for us to enjoy our meal. The food was very nice and the price was more than fair I would say. The portion was just right for us. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a fast and inexpensive meal.
