It was now or never to try it because their restaurant is located in Aberdeen which is a place I would never go but saying that it is very tempting to go now that I have tried their salads.
Tallore is my favourite place for salads because their creativity is endless but the salads here are just as good especially their cooked dishes.

For cooked dishes I love the worldwide flavours they have such as:
Cajun, African beef, Gumbo, Burmese chicken, Brazilian chicken, Yucatan chicken, Moghul beef, saffron fish and more according to their FB.

Salads they had at the stall:

For desserts they have pretty meringue mushrooms.

The name 3/3rd is interesting if you look at it from a maths point of view, it means 1.

This was amazing, I loved the vibrant green peas and there was so much going on in terms of flavour.
It tasted really exotic with an interesting spring onion and ginger taste even though it was not in the salad.

The rice was good too but it could have been softer because I loved the basmati grains and quinoa that was mixed in it.
The apricots and pomegranite seeds gave it a lovely sweet flavour.

3/3rds is one of the newest places to open up these days. Brothers- Wesley and Daniel Wan, along with Daniel's girlfriend Adelaide Tam have opened up this new buzzy place in the heart of Wong Chuk Hang. On the 22nd floor of a typical factory bldg lies this hippy new eatery. The place is casual, large and has kept most of the industrial feel to it. A small cafeteria with a food factory feel, where you pick from the very healthy, organic and natural foods selection of salads, sandwiches, and the thinnest thin crust pizza I have ever eaten. You order, pay, and wait for your food in the dining space (or take away). Theres a huge open kitchen, so you can watch your pizza and toastie being prepared. The concept is easy, light and fast cooking.

And voila.... EAT! (Okay okay, the above shot is part of my tv shoot! But cool space!) Its very environmental friendly with everything being recyclable and its also a furniture show room where you can purchase anything and everything in the dining space. Cool! Environmental and economical.

The salads and vegetarian dishes ranges from Brussels sprouts and delectable eggplants with Tahiti oregano, wild rice, basmati rice, quinoa and a mix of other nutritious goodies. As you can see, I opted for a salad box filled to the brim with beautiful veggies! Every bite tasted delicious, fresh and tasty! Nutritious, to boot.

Margherita pizza...look how light, healthy and delicious that looks. It was one of the thinnest most delightful pizza crusts- I didn't feel guilty eating pizza for lunch...and look at all the good ol' veggies! So fresh...the sweet and flavourful tomatoes, arugula, mozzarella, parmesan and fresh basil leaves! Absolutely delicious.

The pizzas were definitely the highlight for me though. Their 3 cheese pizza is known to be their best seller. They don't use yeast so it can boil to 1mm and be that thin. The dough is organic and they use all natural ingredients. This is the Prosciutto Pizza which I also absolutely loved! So darn goooooood.
Their menus changes weekly and is so far causing quite the buzz in Wong Chuk Hang. With people eating, getting to go back to the office, and having business lunches and even lounging around reading, writing and sipping on some coffee.

3/3rd is tucked away in an industrial building in Wong Chuk Hang which may be a little tricky to locate for those that aren't familiar with the area.  The elevator wait may be a test to your paitent level but when you finally get to the 22nd floor, you will be greeted by a simple and relaxed set up and decor that adds to the charm of 3/3rds.   The menu is also in line with its simple decor featuring different soups and salads that changes weekly and an additional list of pizzas and snacks.  A pe

The menu is also in line with its simple decor featuring different soups and salads that changes weekly and an additional list of pizzas and snacks.  A personal favourite from the soup seleciton is the Tomato Basil soup - a perfect balance of tangyness and creaminess in terms of flavour and texture with just the right hint of basil.  Their salads are hands down one of the best in town and also best value for money if I may add.  You can choose from around 4 -5 different vegetables which may include anything from roasted augbergine with oregano, sweet potato wedges, peas and beans with tarragon, grilled broccoli with garlic and chilli, etc and create your own salad box based on your preference.

Another must-try star item would be their Cheese Toasties made from a combination of comte, cheddar and raclette with onions!! It is basically a grilled cheese sandwich on steroids and there is nothing bad to say about it!

I work in the area so it is a joy to discover 3/3rds which I now visit 3-4 times a week over lunch and I've been back on the weekends with friends and family (I simply can't get enough of thier cheese toasties, soups and salads!) ;)  On that note, it is a nice and chill weekend hangout if you have pets or children because they have quite a spacious dining area where you can comfortably hangout in.

3/rds is such a great place for fresh foods and to chill.  The place has a great view and not to mention a balcony which is great if you have pets.

I tried a couple things and this is what I think.

The Morrocan Carrots are so tasty you can never get enough.  The flavors like all the other dishes I have tried feel natural and organic.  The flavor of the carrots are strong but not overpowering.

I also had this eggplant dish with yoghurt  and that was so wonderful.  Usually eggplants are prepared very oily but 3/rds make it just right and the taste is so refreshing and the tenderness of the eggplants is perfect.

There is also a large selection of soups which I served in these beautiful cups which I think were also meant to be taken out.

The Green bean salad is just refreshing and tasty.  Served chilled and not too cold and not over seasoned.  Just right and same goes to the doneness of the beans.

3/rds have also a large selection of pizzas.  The pizzas are very tasty but maybe because it is so rich in ingredients that perhaps the chefs need to work out a better base to prevent the inner pie from being too soggy.

Other than that I would definitely recommend 3/rds.  Great place, casual comfortable experience and very sincere to please.
