同學仔媽咪收工逛商場，見呢間麵包店新開未試過，佢推薦呢款蜜瓜包幾特別，拜托佢買兩個（因為有折）收工去佢屋企攞包，簡單用透明麵包袋袋好，回家做第二日早餐！日式蜜瓜包（$15/2個）金黃色好靚，賣相表面糖塊一格格，好似港式菠蘿包，咬落面頭嘅格格係糖塊，雖然係脆面但太甜膩，甜到連下面嘅麵包都食唔出味，雖然麵包幾鬆軟（以放咗一晚來講）我同肥髀都覺太甜食唔到，最後嗜吃甜食嘅媽咪清咗！實在甜得太膩！Not my cup of tea!

After trying the cream puffs at A1, I decided to try other flavours because they tasted really good.This box was not so good.I saw some hair embedded in the icing which can be seen on the photograph, after using a toothpick to dig it out, you could see it was some blue fibre.Not nice!As for the taste, the flavouring was quite artificial so the other flavours are better.

A-1 bakery, Das gute and Balencia are all part of the same group.Discovered that they have gelatos but not every shop has all the flavours.At the new shop in Kornhill, there were quite a lot of flavours so I tried the Darjeeling which I thought was going to like but didn’t like because it tasted like HK style milk tea.The purple sweet potato was disappointing because it tasted and smelt like playdoh so I went for chocolate and mint that was really nice with a subtle mint flavouring and it wasn’t
