自問好少寫食評,但見到原來有其他食客也有同樣評論。真心唔希望香港飲食業服務會變得質素咁差,亦都唔希望秋田呢間咁好既餐廳會執笠。希望公司可以正視呢個問題。

1) 帶子燒得金黃,新鮮有咬口,但比較凍
2) 鵝肝入口即溶,有腥味
3)鮑魚不韌,火候適中,但是食嘅時候冷卻了,味道還可以
4) 薄燒牛肉卷 煮得太久,肉質由薄牛變薄脆。裡面夾住蒜片,味道不錯

This restaurant has many branches mostly in Tsim Sha Tsui but this one is located in Wanchai opposite to Hopewell Centre. I have been there for many times. It‘s easy to get there by all means of transport. MTR station Wanchai or by tram, bus etc… Parking is easy too! Price performance is very good at lunch time but will be a bit expensive for dinner. The menu is mostely teppanyaki set but they also have A La Carte for sushi, sashimi and cooked dishes. I often tried their teppanyaki. The quality of food is excellent with this price at lunch. All seafood I have tried are very fresh eg Prawns, Abalone, Scallop etc. They have Cod fish & Foie Gras too. The meat is ok too depending on what grade you select from the menu. The price varies from different sets… Ambience is excellent. I would recommend you take the whole teppanyaki table 8 ppl with friends or family is good. You can chit chat whatever while the chef is cooking for you, sometimes they have performance too. The food & the soup are serving hot which I like most. They have lift all the way up from the street level so wheelchair is assessbel too. Washroom is on the same floor which is clean & tidy. My overall experience is excellent. Will go again with friends and family again! For lunch, this restaurant is a good choice!

They have 2 pricing for their dinner set and we chose Akita, priced at  HKD888 per person, consisted of 12 dishes.
To start off, seasonal salad and steamed egg with fish roes and foie gras were served while the chef was preparing our ingredients. They were appetizing, with the savoury of fish roe and foie gras balancing the sweetness of steamed egg. 
Lobster and abalone were served live and grilled on the spot, with lobster very fresh and flavourful, served on grill toast. Abalone was creamy and chewy, with fishball texture. 
Grilled clams was chewy, served with seaweed making it crunchy. Seared goose livers was fat in portion, oily and crispy im texture. Kagoshima wagyu slices-cut beef & thick-cut beef steak was very tender and juicy, with deep fried garlic placed in between of sliced cut beef to enhance the taste.
By now, we were already quite full. Akita signature fried rice and stir-fried farm vegetables were flavourful and crunchy. Lobster soup was cooked using the live lobster head served previously, making it sweet and clear. Desserts served were dorayaki and ice cream, with dorayaki prepared on the spot. Japanese draught beer was best to pair with teppanyaki. 
This meal was one of the highlights of our trip back.
