炎炎夏日會很想吃個冰降降溫,今天來分享其中一間我推薦的店。甜姨姨 有個超人氣的巨型刨冰系列,選用日本直送純冰製作。 這天我去到的是銅鑼灣店,開門半小時已有人在排隊。大約排15分鐘左右安排到入座,另刨冰製作需時,進店後也要等。 要注意這裡每人最低消費HKD 40,所以我們3個人點了兩款甜品。🥭芒果紫糯米 (HKD 52) 口感軟糯的紫糯米頗黏身,整體的甜度剛好。芒果則是甜得來帶少許酸那樣子。🍨黑極.海邊走走 (HKD 128)確實很巨型呢,最少都要兩個人一起吃吧!  附有張小卡介紹刨冰每層有什麼,很貼心喔。頂部放了黑芝麻口味的海邊走走蛋捲。刨冰的芝麻味很澴郁。刨冰內還有芝麻脆、芝麻粉,再加上黑芝麻雪糕。最底會是豆味濃郁的豆腐花,想吃到更濃的芝麻味可淋上芝麻醬。另外刨冰還配一粒雪米糍。 continue reading

甜姨姨算是近年冒起得最快的新式甜品店🔥五花八門的甜品都能在這裡找到,而當中的最具代表性的就絕對是各種口味的刨味甜品🍧———————————————————————沙冰內外都配搭了各式各樣的配料,再加上頂部的純芒果雪條🥭層次感十足,而且店家還附上一張卡片以作說明✉️其心思值得一讚❣️刨冰質感綿密細膩,包裹着的芒果粒香甜😛芒果脆脆十分脆口😳熱情果果凍亦夠爽彈,令整個冰品口感豐富😊可是,淋在刨冰上的楊枝甘露汁嚴重不足😰並不足以令所有沙冰染成黃色🥺即使加上額外附上的醬汁,白色的部份仍然是十分之多😔令整體芒果味十分之淡😩甚至被椰子味所掩蓋🥥無論味道和外觀上都令人相當失望😮‍💨這款口味是以海邊走走的花生醬蛋捲作為主題🌊海量的花生粉與刨冰完美融合,每一寸冰都被染上啡色,加上厚厚的花生醬🥜整體花生味極之香濃,再淋上與花生醬絕配的煉奶🍼令刨冰味道更加香甜😚另外內部的消化餅碎亦為刨冰增添口感🍪唯一美中不足的是刨冰略為過甜🧐如果能多點花生的鹹香,相信味道會更為平衡😎豆腐花豆味十分濃郁🥰滑溜得來質地相當特別,比一般豆腐花更rich🤩甚至有點類似燉奶般creamy的感☺️相信用來製作豆腐花的豆漿本身也相當厚身濃稠,才會呈現出那麼別樹一幟的口感👍🏻唯$45的售價,以豆腐花來說實在有點高昂😅在性價比方面難免要扣點分數🤏🏻光看名字就知道材料十分豐富🤓西米、薏米、珍珠質感軟糯彈牙🙂大量紫米增加煙韌口感同時令飽足感十足🧋紅豆、椰汁亦夠香甜🫘但主角芋圓表現反而強差人意😩質感十分軟爛🤯完全與「煙韌」拉不上關係😵連這麼基本的要求都未能做到,實在令人大失所望😮‍💨———————————————————————作為炙手可熱的甜品店,其出品未算有太大驚喜🤔部分甚至連合格表現都未能達到🫠希望店家能繼續進步,以配得上自己的人氣🙏 continue reading

踏入呢間有日式Feel既糖水鋪, 首先吸引我目光嘅就係張木質托盤上擺放嘅呢份雪白蓬鬆嘅榴蓮奶凍,立即勾起我嘅食慾,軟綿綿入口即浴,仲有點左一碗清爽嫩滑既西米露。眼前呢D中日式甜品,將甜品做到輕盈不騷、溫和有致嘅地步。整個用餐體驗融合了中日傳統嘅品味,配合現代cafe嘅舒適環境,實在是一次難能可貴嘅享受。店鋪環境寬敞明亮,擺設簡潔實用但充滿質感,不過店鋪面積有限,人多既時候就唔係咁方便。鋪頭從細節到整體都散發一股雅致樸素嘅韻味。再加上服務生親切有禮,令我感到百分百嘅放鬆與滿足。日式甜點嘅清新柔和確實已經深深打動咗我,期待下次再嚐更多驚喜。 continue reading
