Purchased the pastry from their pop-up store in megabox, quite disappointed indeed.The berliner’s custard filling was a complete let down. To be frankly, it tasted like medicine to me (perhaps the amount of vanilla extract was out of control????) It was inedible in my opinion...The strawberry croissant is just okay. The strawberry croissant is just okay. The cut section looked lovely with colorful layers. Yet the fillings inside was not tasty (not exactly strawberry fillings?!)
It is highly recommended to enjoy your croissant right after you have purchased it, or else it would end up being softened.
May purchase again to try their matcha and banana flavoured croissants in the future. But it’s a solid NO for their berliners...

呢間麵包店係Kowloon Shangri-La嘅

即日吃了「朱古力丹麥酥配覆盆子醬」,想不到香濃甜美的朱古力,竟然和酸甜開胃的覆盆子醬十分搭配,一甜一酸,每口都有不同感覺;第二天吃的「開心果朱古力丹麥酥」有一層薄薄的糖漿在面頭,配上粒粒開心果,香脆甜美,每一口都是法國牛油的香氣。

至於長賣長有的款式,我則試了「日式咖喱牛肉包」,以前小時候常會吃到,現在好像很少麵包店有出售。外層炸得香脆,裡面是香濃的日式咖喱,與牛肉碎是絕配,好滿足,讓我下次再來購買吧!

外觀上同原味牛角酥無分別,用焗爐翻熱咗嘅牛角酥,外皮酥脆,切開原來內有乾坤,中間蜂巢組織不算均勻,勝在發得夠高空氣感十足,能夠見到每層酥皮都抹上黑松露醬,食落有牛油味加埋啖啖黑松露香,整體嚟講唔油膩,層次分明口感酥脆,內裡算鬆軟乾爽



💬 一向覺得酒店出品不一定高質,但依間餅店價格同質素都算正比,雖然唔喺款款好食,但經常推出新口味,吸引到我回頭幫襯👍🏻

最近都幾多艾豬講緊既香格里拉 🥐,去到發現仲有買二送一 梗係要一試喇😌 原來BAKED BY SHANGRI-LA 係間Pop Up store (只係營業到4月30日)

面包部位置唔難搵,係酒店正門既左邊側門,有幾個放面包既玻璃櫃😍

黃昏時段去到仲有好多款,不過英式鬆餅已售罄🥲。店員話二送一優惠只限指定款式,包括:🥐(抹茶、士多啤梨、香蕉) 、棉花糖muffin 同 日式咖哩牛肉包。

今次試左:
🥐 抹茶(HK$30) + 士多啤梨(HK$30) +棉花糖 muffin (HK$25) = 折後HK$60 (差不多30%OFF)

兩款🥐真係出乎意料之外,無諗過係甘多醬。切開既時侯 #試伏專員 真係「嘩」左出黎。

平時對牛角包唔係太好,因為空氣感太重,有啲面包店既出品,食完直頭好油膩😅

香格里拉既🥐 食落會有實感之如,唔會太油。不過係糖漿會整到手笠黐黐,記得用張紙包住黎食。

🍵抹茶:Cream 比想像多,每一啖咬落去都會食到。仲有啲抹茶特有苦澀味,絕對唔hea 😋

🍓士多啤梨:估唔到Cream 入面有啲果肉,而且唔會特登加啲色素強調係士多啤梨👍 Cream 食落唔油膩,加埋啲果肉有啲咬口,但又唔會酸。

棉花糖muffin 口感幾濕潤,食落唔會太乾身。不過整體就無咩特別,味道偏甜。
