To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

再一次係lunch hour衝去大尾篤吃飯基於 工作lunch hour 時間限制，搞到每次都食得好趕先睇下個lunch set 餐牌，選擇都幾多每個lunch set都跟湯&包個包仲要係提子包，好好味湯…就一般啦，普通的忌廉湯，味道較淡主菜：牛排配意粉（可配飯或薯菜）牛排一般，意粉硬左啲啲(個人口味）主菜：帆立貝意大利燴飯三大粒帆立貝，飯亦好有芝士味熱朱古力，仲有拉花另外仲有個主菜係鮮蜆忌廉扁意粉，啲蜆好多，上菜時只見到蜆

    難得放假，就走咗入大尾督嘆下午茶，今次嚟到一轉彎入去泊車嘅第一間餐廳，叫做Beach Cafe，假期真係特別多單車友，同埋頓時覺得大尾篤好旺好熱鬧，同平日爭好遠。呢間餐廳嘅好處係泊車方便，因為門口個姐姐會幫你擺啲椅喺度，擺住啲車位。當你要喺呢間餐廳用餐嘅時候，佢就會搵個位俾你泊，我哋新可以拍喺門口，而且我哋坐門口最出個張枱，可以望到架車，又可以欣賞咁靚嘅風景。下午茶套餐方面有大約10幾款選擇，有意粉系列同埋小食系列。我哋兩個人就揀咗一份三文魚沙律，同埋炸魚手指配薯條，套餐中包一杯野飲都係大約四十幾，＄50左右。沙律賣相好吸引，三文魚變咗玫瑰花，沙律菜都有好多款，不過啲汁就太多，感覺總是酸酸的，可能我唔太鍾意酸野，呢啲都係個人喜好。炸魚手指有三條，炸得好香口，而且食落好滋味，薯條就放喺底部，但係我反而覺得薯條仲好食過魚手指，佢啲炸薯條好新鮮，即刻炸，而且熱辣辣，搞到我食唔停口，最後梗係清晒啦。飲品方面我就叫咗杯熱朱古力，杯熱朱古力都好有心思，朱古力面頭拉咗花，原來係花圖案，好靚呀，搞到我唔捨得飲呀。整體來講呢間餐廳可以值得再試，之前都係試過食lunch同埋食下午茶，下次可以過嚟食晚餐。

      We had lunch at the Beach Cafe on a rainy day. Lunch sets were available during the weekend.We ordered two sets, risotto with parma ham and spaghetti with scallop.We were served with tomato soup and breads first. The breads were freshly baked, the smell has won the nose, and the raisins were tasty.The main courses were of big portion, the chef mistakenly put scallop with risotto and ham with pasta. However, this didn’t affect the dining experience. The risotto was creamy and the pan fried scallo

       We were served with tomato soup and breads first. The breads were freshly baked, the smell has won the nose, and the raisins were tasty.

      The main courses were of big portion, the chef mistakenly put scallop with risotto and ham with pasta. However, this didn’t affect the dining experience. The risotto was creamy and the pan fried scallops looked appealing and tasted great. The scallops were not overlooked, just right in temperature. The ham was not too salty and it matched well with the spaghetti, well balanced.
