To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 埋單: $36沒有加一服務費。環境既特色又舒適,食物味道不過不失,價錢合理。在餐廳內待了約一小時,也沒有被侍應催促離去,感覺不錯。一試無妨。
1. 麻酸辣豬扒米線
- 麻辣味夠出! ! 有層次甘帶到先酸後麻辣的味道,正
- 但份量較少
- 本身對雞脾無乜期望,點知又幾好喎。多汁又夠熱,岩岩炸好食真係好食啲。
- 但薯條就少少失望,因為唔係炸好,兼係凍的,可能等炸脾炸完先上碟,所以凍左。
- 但有驚喜位就係薯條上洒左"淮"鹽,我好似無試過有餐廳會甘做。唔知係咪懷舊餐廳先會甘做,所以雖然係凍,但加左"淮"鹽絕對係好食點
落單後,餐湯同飲品好快上左,但無餐包,鐵板等左十分鐘就上左,不過個鐵板唔夠熱,淋汁上去無炸炸聲,有豬雞牛炸魚柳配意粉薯菜,份量都好多,味道不過不失,2個人share都食得飽,真係抵食呀。
