To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺車公廟站附近嘅一個街坊餐廳，天氣好凍，所以叫咗個一人羊腩煲，蝦醬通菜炒牛肉，同埋咕嚕肉，三個人share🤣✨一人羊腩煲羊腩炆得幾淋，份量唔算超多，不過一個人食嘅話都算足夠，入面會有腐竹、冬菇、馬蹄、筍同埋粟米，都幾入味，另外仲會附送生菜，整體嚟講，如果一個人想食羊腩煲，算係唔錯嘅選擇。✨蝦醬通菜炒牛肉外面食嘅菜真係特別好味，可能因為比較多油🫢，食通菜會好明顯食到好香嘅蝦醬同埋姜絲味👍🏼✨咕嚕肉正常發揮嘅咕嚕肉，不過不失。夜晚食飯時間好多人，侍應明顯不足，明明有空位，但係都未有人安排入座，淨係叫人喺出面排隊🫣呢一方面有改善空間 continue reading

連鎖店舖最難保持就係品質。今日試一間位於秦石商場內餐廳，距離車公廟站只需要5分鐘路程。首先位於公屋商場，人流本身唔多，亦唔太需要等位。環境尚算乾淨企理，座位舒適。一般茶餐廳餐牌，叫左一個豆腐火腩飯同一個菠蘿咕嚕魚柳飯。上餐速度可以接受。食物品質屬於一般茶餐廳，餸菜比例稍嫌少。洋蔥多過魚柳，豆腐又得三舊。另外叫一個凍檸水。餐廳整體感覺算屬不過不失，想匆忙食個飯，又有冷氣嘆而且住附近，選擇呢間餐廳係可取。兩人埋單$110。論食物品質，價錢宜平少少。 continue reading

琴日打風冇乜選擇，唯有求其食啲嘢。去咗呢間百分百。可惜百分百唔OK。食咗蠔仔湯飯。同幅圖差距大，都預咗。但佢竟然一條芫荽，一條蔥，一條菜都冇囉！又未免差得太遠。芫荽可是蠔仔粥的重點！帶出鮮味，不可或缺！我見之前啲人upload嘅相都起碼有條菜，而家連菜都毛條。肉碎又剩係得少少，蠔仔又細細粒，雖然都尚算鮮味。啲菇又係少得可憐。最多係湯同埋飯……50幾蚊，仲要冇嘢飲。各位自行判斷抵唔抵食。（公平啲講，之前食鯇魚飯係OK嘅） continue reading
