To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早上,柔和的陽光從玻璃窗透入店內;零舍醒神!地方寬敞舒適,在這裡享用早餐輕鬆寫意!而且,開放式廚房,令人期待自己的早餐盡快送到!
看到早餐 Menu 款式繁多,令我花多眼亂! 而且,絕大部分為廿多元!街坊價相當抵食!
等上不用 10 分鐘,女店員送上枱!看來碟上的配料份量豐富!
食物正是預料中的大路東西!總離不開多士之類.... 多士配上牛油及蒜蓉醬,多士輕輕烘過,烘至些微金黃!牛油軟滑富鹹香!香脆可口! 兩者是絕配!炒蛋炒得保持蛋汁很滑溜!火腿煎過更香口!食起來更滋味!茄汁豆不用多說,是罐頭貨色!略嫌腍身!粟米配翠玉瓜則清甜爽口! 蒜蓉煎豬扒味道鮮明帶肉汁!食起來啖啖肉!
份量充足!絕對是抵食之選!

湯底不算重口味!調味恰宜!扁意粉軟硬適中又入味! 粟米雞皇簡單提升口味!
通常熱好立克的好立克粉總會一堆沉在杯底! 奶落得夠多,水夠熱,能帶出好立克獨特的香味! 意想不到有茶餐廳水準!
今次我同大哥一齊來食, 佢係大陸工作, 來港食緊係食好D啦, 我地就一人食一個飯, 要食個飽既!
內裝以西式方式裝潢, 坐的很舒服, 我們這樣兩飯兩湯一小食, 才每人$50 , 這可能是其中一個吸引這麼多人來吃的原因吧? 老實說, 現在出去食實在太貴了. 更何況是美食? 這裡不是完美, 可是值得一試
在我認為,如果海鮮夠新鮮的話,只要少許清酒作調味,便能帶出湯與蜆的鮮甜。
雖然賣相差了一點點,但柚子味道有進到雞翼裡,非常入味,再加上外層塗了一層蜜糖,很有層次。
意大利飯下湯太多,所以太黏了,而且芝士味也不突出,但勝在配料多,份量比較適合女生。
這個相對上一個意大利飯來說,湯沒有下太多,比較入味,Wasabi味濃但不會哄鼻,比較好吃。
不論是點午餐或晚餐,點指定飯類或意粉跟特飲是半價的,只是這杯飲品犯了一個一般茶餐廳的毛病,就是冰太大粒,牛乳抹茶味道尚可,只是抹茶配芒果啫喱則顯得有點格格不入了。
這個奶凍推出來的時候,我就已經很失望了,因為實物與餐牌相差太遠,賣相除了不好看外,還畫蛇添足的塗上一層朱古力醬,我想就是因為牛奶味不夠才用朱古力醬來彌補缺憾。是不合格之作。
