To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 熱即磨咖啡☕️:有耳玻璃杯(始終覺得係瓦杯正宗啲)估唔到好香濃,又唔酸,有陣炭燒味,好熱好味!唔落糖都易入口
店員有禮有笑容,上菜好快手!

鮮野菌蕃茄濃湯通粉($26)一碗蕃茄湯,夠熱又夠濃,酸酸地開胃,比好多雜菌片,菇🍄索晒湯,煙韌彈牙,坑通粉彈牙!椰菜好爽又唔澀!好夾蕃茄湯!好味!
即磨咖啡:夠晒熱,唔落糖,咖啡好香濃,飲落甘香,有少少炒到好似燶嘅味!呢種係炭燒咖啡?不過嗰種甘可以接受!好味!好提神

食物好味又多料!店員有禮,又幾肯幫人!好像我一位同事想加碗湯粉(佢叫西式早餐)不過佢個餐唔可以,店員即刻話將個湯粉掛落我哋可以加嘅餐!識為客人唸!幾好!
食物質素好!
鋪內裝修企理 乾淨。餐牌很多種類 當然 識食梗係食牛扒啦。
餐湯:較為失色 賣相得 入口無味 金X忌廉湯好味過佢 失望。
餐飲:加了11元轉特飲 抺茶啫喱凍飲和金橘檸檬凍飲 兩杯都淡味 唔夠甜 總之就麻麻。建議唔好加錢 飲凍檸茶算數。
主菜:安格斯牛扒 誠意推介 牛扒超正 入口即溶 又有鮮牛味 配上牛肝汁 頂瓜瓜份量大 三成熟 啱啱好。配菜薯條新鮮 鬆脆。

- 原茄烤豬扒焗珍珠飯
記得首次行入此間餐廳,店𥚃帶點美式餐廳粗獷的裝飾陳設,令我有種舒服的感覺。食品的價格都算“街坊”,質量平均。
首次在此吃晚餐,分別點了大和圓板燒 – 意式芝士烤雞及加拿大安格斯牛扒。那份意式芝士烤雞,份量多到令我有點吃驚。有2塊雞扒,鋪滿了芝士,平日我比較怕沾滿芝士的菜式,但這次吃下去,沒有太大抗拒。還有一隻雞蛋、野菌炒飯,薯條、一嚿粟米、蕃茄和翠肉瓜。雞扒都幾入味,野菌炒飯,採用了珍珠米,軟硬度適中,還有不少的蘑菇粒。
加拿大安格斯牛扒,有2塊厚厚的牛扒、薯條、一嚿蕃茄、粟米。牛扒的味道,屬於港式的口味。如果沒有另加錢點餐飲,這個餐的價錢相比佳記餐廳的扒餐平了一點,但沒有白飯跟餐。
總之以“茶記”來說,這晚餐的價錢跟品質都令我滿意!
