To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天和朋友👭做完運動,經過天后琉璃街街坊小店,曾試過佢地下午茶,今次再嚟試一試晚飯,最喜歡😘冬菇燴生菜🥬,冬菇色澤光亮,爽口腍滑厚,價錢相宜,味道也不錯。店內環境整潔,服務良好!,

我通常都對香港食品留有一手,讚的多,但這家真是大差了,出品比較粗糙,可能是預制品,牛肉黑黑實實,可能是番蒸。而豬手芡汁瓊埋一舊舊, 從相片中都見到,而窩旦牛肉飯中荷包旦全熟,無旦汁撈飯,个人有点失望。服務也差,茶水只能有一杯,飲后要問她們才加給你,怪之香港人要北上尋食。

唔知點解呢間嘅外表光鮮,但係食物質素奇差,價錢同出邊一樣,啲點心又夠熱,點心店冇茶供應要另外要加錢,但又收加一服務費食咗四款點心怕怕,個春風得意腸個春卷皮厚過啲餡

這本係我喜愛的食店之一,不過最近却退步了。小店裝修清雅,座位舒適。點了梳打水、春卷腸粉、糯米鮑、半籠蝦餃、山竹牛肉。春卷腸粉: 呢個點心幾特色,腸粉包著蝦春卷,撒上芝麻,味道唔錯。糯米飽: 呢個點心保持到水準,糯米粒粒分明又軟硬適中,有少少臘腸小粒調味,味道幾好。一口蝦餃: 退步了很多,個外皮一夾就散,內饀的蝦一般。山竹牛肉: 又係退步很多,以前係好好味,而家一陣輕微的牛肉羶味,質感不似用手刴,似係用機搞碎。

周記點心 (流心點心) (天后)天后琉璃街13號南景樓地舖1️⃣奶皇流心西多士呢個真係要趁熱食一切開嘅時候,啲奶皇係走晒出嚟佢個西多士整得好食,整得好香脆唔會有千年油嘅味道2️⃣鴛鴦燒賣每粒燒賣都好食,而且入面都好有肉感不過佢雖然係鴛鴦燒賣,但係食唔出有咩咁特別佢應該係有一款係黑松露3️⃣麻香雞呢個雞有啲似酸菜魚咁,好麻但係佢又冇乜特別嘅香味不過佢都算大份,而且啲雞唔會好老但係我覺得味道可以突出啲4️⃣XO醬炒銀針粉炒得幾香之餘,亦炒得好入味佢嘅XO醬都幾辣,辣到有啲過癮而且上面仲有好多蝦米
