稻香迎囍是最差的食肆。在迎囍晚飯後,決定以後不幫襯稻香點菜後一小時都未見上菜,侍應全部態度冷淡,終於等到上菜,斑腩煲腥味難食,白飯一陣怪味,似好舊的米煮出來,價錢並不便宜,洗手間滿地廁紙,此酒樓管理極差,應該淘汰。稻香迎囍是最差的食肆。 continue reading

陪外母出巡,行遍灣仔及銅鑼灣,我提意上皇室堡迎喜晚膳,一行四人八點入座,正廳全滿,打邊爐居多,我們被安排坐邊廳,起初得我一抬客,陸續有多人入座, 防疫期間四人一檯,距離相當好。自助水機已成招牌,普洱一般,沒期望,點咗四個餸:酸菜魚,豉椒炒蟶子,椒鹽鮮魷,燉湯一個。酸菜魚當然比唔上大陸好食,但味道 都幾好可以一試;炒蟶子略嫌蟶子大細隻;椒鹽鮮魷正常操作;燉湯材料豐富,有花膠有雞腳,雞腳燉到連骨都可以吞埋,唯獨是茶位費 連加一要接近五百蚊埋單,性價比低,都係早茶下午茶比較抵食。 continue reading

今日行完工展會,之後上咗銅鑼灣皇室堡迎囍食晚飯,其實迎囍是屬稻香集團,走大衆化路線,勁多人,剛巧碰着周柏豪簽唱,整個商場都爆瀉。差不多等咗45分鐘,才有位, 因我們只有兩個人,亦不能點太多,只點了孖寶套餐,沙薑雞拼蒸石斑,約248元。沙薑雞,肉滑入味,沙薑味不太出,保持一般水準。清蒸石斑,等了約半小時,但值,魚不但份量足,掌握的火喉也很好,魚剛熟,當然魚汁澇白飯也是人間極品。這一頓飯只是340元,己包加一,茶介。 continue reading

森仔今日同一大班親戚一齊去食飯。今次去左銅鑼灣一間酒樓,叫迎囍大酒樓。佢位於銅鑼灣皇室堡5樓。餐廳地點便利,而環境亦還算大。不過,枱椅之間就有一點迫。講反食物的質素。當天我地叫了一圍的菜,猶如飲宴般😂😂😂首先上枱既係燒味拼盤。燒味拼盤有燒肉,叉燒,豉油雞,鹵水鵝和手拍雲耳。燒肉脆身好食,味道不咸!👍🏼叉燒味道好食,蜜汁味強,不過太廋,亦有點涷。豉油雞沒有雞味,肉亦較硬。鹵水鵝和雲耳,森仔都冇食,所以唔知。其次,係海鮮炒荷蘭豆。先講賣相,真係唔多吸引,仲幾hea下。而味道也馬馬,海鮮唔多新鮮。之後,到龍蝦伊麵。龍蝦肉質還可以。但係,個醬汁完全唔掂。森仔從未食過一個甘馬馬的龍蝦伊麵。完全浪費了果幾隻龍蝦😫😫😫再來的係果皮鮑魚。這道菜算有反d水準😂😂說白了只係清蒸再加豉油。不過,起碼鮑魚係新鮮的🤓🤓🙈後來係炸蟹柑。講到e個,森仔就嬲啦。食落去肉質怪怪的,和平時的不一樣,欠了口感,稀稀林林的。食多一兩口,酸的。家人也覺有d怪,經森仔一說,便和經理說說。後來經理也明白事理,換了一道蒸海蝦比我們。海蝦都幾新鮮,所以森仔幾滿意既🤓👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼其後的一道是蒸魚🐟🐟條魚幾大條。味道都算鮮,不過魚味不重。中規中矩😂😂😂另外,亦有海皇魚翅羹。這個算係當天森仔覺得最差的一個。其味道淡淡的,又稀稀的,沒有海鮮味。而魚翅也是雜翅,沒有什麼味,亦很難咬。🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️燒春雞這個蠻好食,調味很好,肉質也適中。不過,菜式不夠熱,導致評分大減😫蛋白炒飯這個森仔最愛的炒飯。調味非常好👍🏼蛋白和炒飯相當夾配😍😍真係好欣賞丫👍🏼👍🏼niceee ,森仔比8/10分。壽包因為媽媽婆婆都想食壽包,開心下😆😆。所以我地叫左12個🤓味道幾好食,蓮蓉很滑,家人食到停唔到口。不過,森仔怕甜,就冇食到啦🙈🙈整體來說,酒樓🍴的食物中規中矩。有d好食,有d好馬馬。所以,如果打算去食飯,真係要好好考慮清楚丫🙃🙃 continue reading

講起就激氣,擺酒當日出咗勁多問題,新娘房又細又舊,入咗2個人都已經好迫,塊鏡仲要生銹,諗住用個夾萬,點知廢嘅,講返擺酒啲嘢,人手唔夠,搵極人都無人可以幫到手,1個服務生服務2張枱,搞到上菜勁慢,播歌問題先最嚴重,未開始之前叫我放心喇,點知開始之後亂晒,我個file已經係寫中文,仲分埋文件夾,搞到係咁1首歌重播幾次,又亂咁cut我啲歌,真係搞到我勁嬲!依間酒樓真係服務差到爆!奉勸各位要擺酒嘅都唔好揀依間! continue reading
