太和中心附近成日都有好嘢食,今日去咗呢間酒吧加燒烤酒場,環境好乾淨舒服,啱晒同朋友放工傾偈聚下,有好多唔同特色嘅酒,而且星期一至日都做緊唔同嘅特價,串燒食物嘅質素都好高,冇諗過有咁多款可以揀,而且個醬處理得好好,唔會太濃味,有時燒烤會每一款味道都好相似,但呢間我唔會。XO醬廣島蠔每隻蠔都好大隻,好香海水味,最重要係燒得唔乾,好Juicy 。炭燒豬頸肉豬頸肉好肥美,夠好爽口。牛舌芯牛舌心夠爽,好味。燒棉花糖棉花糖燒得好好,火候啱啱好。

當日7點幾去食,全場計埋我地有3枱客。野食味道一般,叫左個燒白鱔,塊皮係硬到咬唔開。最緊要係出餐速度可以話係超級耐!唔講以為自已食緊Fine Dining落完單足足等左1個鐘先至有得食,講真食串燒等15 20分鐘都可接受,但等成個鐘先有得食真係😅店員解釋話咁岩有外賣單所以耐少少,但足足成個鐘一串野都無上過。之後見到外賣員黎拎外賣都等到_哂鬼😅除非你好多時間或者去剩係飲野睇波,唔係都唔建議去,大埔仲有其他選擇

第一樣想介紹下嘅一定係XO醬燒廣島蠔,見到都好似幾特別唔係度度都有🤩size上係幾大隻嘅,食前睇落好似唔多夾咁,但原來唔係架,XO醬嘅味道令到蠔嘅腥味冇咁大,而且食落唔會覺得好咸,都係一個幾新鮮嘅配搭👍🏻👍🏻另外,招牌雞皮墨魚滑都係值得一試嘅。用炸好嘅雞皮包住墨魚滑係口感上係外脆而內係爽口好好味😋😋

另外就想介紹下自家製和牛棒同埋雞肉軟骨棒,呢兩款串燒都會配有一隻鵪鶉蛋,蛋黃汁撈埋一齊嚟食真係好正😆😆而兩款比較起來嘅話我就覺得雞肉軟骨棒會更加好食,呢一串係將雞軟骨打碎之後加埋雞肉整成嘅,所以食落口會咬到一啲碎嘅軟骨,都係幾有口感,而和牛棒就係有好重嘅牛肉味,但食落就冇雞肉軟骨棒個種特別嘅感覺😚
